PRZYGOTOWANIE WYŁĄCZNIE W JOGURTOWNICY FITLINE: Do przygotowania 5 porcji użyj 1 saszetki jogurtu FitLine “Pro·B·4
Yoghurt-Drink“ (à 50,5 g) i 1 litra odtłuszczonego mleka (0.5% tłuszczu, o temperaturze pokojowej ok. 20°C). 1. Napełnić
wewnętrzny pojemnik odtłuszczonym mlekiem do połowy, następnie wsypać zawartość saszetki jogurtu FitLine “Pro·B·4
Yoghurt-Drink“. 2. Mieszać do całkowitego rozpuszczenia proszku. 3. Dodać resztę mleka do kreski (około 1 litra), dokładnie
wymieszać. 4. Nałóż wieko pojemnika wysysając jak najwięcej powietrza. 5. Wlać wrzątek do zewnętrznego pojemnika
wypełniając do kreski naczynia. 6. Włożyć wewnętrzny pojemnik do środka. 7. Nałożyć zewnętrzną pokrywę i zostawić na ok.
10 godzin w temperaturze pokojowej. Krótszy czas powoduje łagodniejszą kwasowość produktu, dłuższy wzmacnia jego
kwasowość. 8. Gotowy do spożycia produkt można przechowywać 5 dni w lodówce. Najlepiej stosować w kombinacji z FitLine
Basics.
SUGESTIA STOSOWANIA: 200 ml gotowego produktu dziennie.
PREPARATION ONLY IN FITLINE YOGHURT MAKER: Use 1 package of FitLine “Pro·B·4 Yoghurt-Drink“ (à 50,5 g) and 1 litre of
skimmed milk (0.5% fat, at room temperature approx. 20°C) for 5 portions: 1. Half fill the inner yoghurt container with
skimmed milk, add the content of the bag of FitLine “Pro·B·4 Yoghurt-Drink“. 2. Whisk thoroughly until the powder has
completely dissolved. 3. Add remaining milk up to the mark (around 1 litre in total) stir thoroughly. 4. Place lid on the inner
container, pressing out as much air as possible. 5. Pour boiling water into the outer container up to the upper edge of marking
for the inner container. 6. Put inner container into outer container. 7. Place lid on outer container and store for around 10
hours at room temperature. Less storage time results in a milder taste, longer storage time in stronger acidification. 8. For
further ripening and cooling put the ready to use “Pro·B·4 Yoghurt-Drink“ into the refrigerator where it can be stored for up
to 5 days. Best in combination with FitLine Basics.
RECOMMENDATION FOR USE: consume 200 ml of ready-to-use product a day.
