As you know, I’m on holiday in Poland with my parents. We planned a camping holiday, but it rained all the time, so after two days at the campsite, we moved to a hotel. Yesterday, we visited Cracow. The first thing that we did was go to the Wawel Castle to see the Crown Jewels. Then, we walked to the beautiful Main Square. After lunch, we went to a fantastic water park and had lots of fun! On the way back, we stopped at a restaurant. My parents had ‘pierogi’ (small dumplings). I wanted to have a pizza, but they didn’t have any, so I had a traditional Polish soup called ‘żurek’. It was really delicious! See you soon, Penny © Macmillan Polska 2014. This sheet may be photocopied and used within the classroom. 2 Szkoła Podstawowa. Klasy 4–6. Klasa 6.
