our team as:
Guest Relations Manager
As the Guest Relations Manager, your main concern revolves around ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional
and high class guest service experiences, respond to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones. In this role you will
utilize your keen listening skills, strong communication and organizational skills, and genuine social skills.

at least 4 years working experience in hospitality in
customer service departments;
2 years of experience in Guest Relations department - 5
star experience preferred;
proficient in writing & speaking in Polish and English additional language will be an asset;
proven ability to build relationships with VIP guests and
delegations;
passion for delivering outstanding service and positive
attitude required;
excellent verbal and written communication skills;
excellent guest service and problem resolution skills;
highly organized person with strong planning skills;
energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated and a charismatic
team player;
must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense
environment;
knowledge of Opera, Internet/MS Office preferred.
