We are looking for person willing to join our team as:
ACCOUNT DIRECTOR, BUSINESS TRAVEL AND GOVERNMENT, COMPLEX
This position is responsible for day to day operation Sales Department, Business Travel and Government under the
direction of the Director of Sales & Marketing, Complex. Proactively uncovering new prospects for the Hotels and
maximizing conversion of business in line with Hotels’ budgetary goals.
The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he

Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing
Market with a revenue positive effect
Fluent both: English & Polish
Analytical approach to problem solving and
Demonstrated ability to "think outside the box"
Minimum 3 years of experience as pro-active sales manager in travel industry
Ability to analyze financial statements and market data
Detail orientated and hands on
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Effective ability to lead, motivate and develop associates
Demonstrate self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
Possessing strong computer skills including
Microsoft Office and Opera/ Fidelio
