Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN offers investors public aid in the form of tax
exemptions even covering up to 70% of total investment outlays.
The Tarnobrzeg Special Economic Zone EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN was established in 1997 and will operate
till the 31st of December 2026. It is a dispersed Zone, located in 20 subzones with individual investment areas.
The total area of the Zone amounts to 1664.86 ha.
EURO-PARK WISŁOSAN consists of investment areas located in:
Tarnobrzeg (149.91 ha),
Stalowa Wola (277.35 ha),
Nowa Dęba (113.60 ha),
Jasło (58.06 ha),
Staszów (104.12 ha),
Radom (184.1 ha)
Wrocław - Kobierzyce (410.7 ha),
Przemyśl - (81.5 ha),
Janów Lubelski - (18.5 ha),
Siedlce - (65.40 ha),
Łuków (40.49 ha).

Węgrów (29.33 ha)
Nowe Miasto nad Pilicą (15.13 ha)

At the moment TSEZ offers 565.55 ha of available "green field" land prepared for potential investors
with several dozen production halls and office buildings. TSEZ offers investors public aid in the form of tax
exemptions even covering up to 70% of total investment outlays. TSEZ regulations are in full compliance with
the EU regulations and the Zone offers prices, which are already among the lowest in Poland and still are
available for further negotiations.
To date, TSEZ has granted 240 permits for business activity. The investors have created over 19,124 jobs
and invested more than PLN 7.34 billion.
