ANNOUNCEMENT
In accordance with the requirements of the World Bank (Operational Policy OP 4.12), the co-financing institution of the
Odra-Vistula Flood Management Project,
Podkarpacki Board of Amelioration and Hydraulic Structures in Rzeszów (PZMiUW) made the DRAFT LAND
ACQUISITION AND RESETTLEMENT ACTION PLAN for the Subcomponent 3B Flood Protection of Sandomierz and
Tarnobrzeg, Contract 3B.3 – Flood Protection of Tarnobrzeg – Stage 1 (Vistula River 1) (DRAFT LAND ACQUISITION
AND RESETTLEMENT ACTION PLAN) available for inspection to all interested people and institutions.
Any interested party may:
A) in the period from the day of the publication of this announcement till 21.10.2016, get familiarised with the DRAFT

After the 21-day period of the document availability for the inspection (between 30.09.2016 and 21.10.2016), on
24.10.2016 at 4:30 p.m. at Tarnobrzeg Municipal Council, Kościuszki Street 32, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, in the conference
room, there will be open meeting for all interested parties where the information about the DRAFT LAND
ACQUISITION AND RESETTLEMENT ACTION PLAN will be presented and there will be organized the public
discussion concerning this document as well as the motions and remarks submitted to the document, both prior to the
meeting and during the meeting itself.
The Announcement was made public by publishing in the local press (Gazeta Wyborcza – Rzeszów supplement),
placing it on the notice board in PZMiUW in Rzeszów, local branches of PZMiUW in Tarnobrzeg, Tarnobrzeg
Municipal Council, places where construction works are implemented as well as on the websites of the above
indicated institutions.
