Currently for Hemmersbach Poland located in Bielany Wroclawskie we are looking for candidates for the
position of:
End User Support Agent with English
Your main responsibilities:



Queue management (assigning tickets to the correct resolver teams),
Basic troubleshooting,
Cooperating with the users (communication by chat and opening tickets basing on problem description).
Our requirements:
 Very good knowledge of English,
 Ability to work under time pressure,
 Good communication skills and well organized person,
 Experience in the field or in a related area will be added value.
