Every article is evaluated before the publication by two independent reviewers, preserving
the anonymity of both the authors and the reviewers.
Written review contains clear conclusion of the reviewer with the conditions of publication
approval or disapproval.
Reviewers’ names are revealed in particular volumes.
The average time for verification depends on the number of submitted texts and their
­volume.
The decision of text approval or disapproval will be sent to authors electronically.
In order to prevent academic misconducts , authors of published texts are obliged to sign
the declaration of copyright for published works containing the declaration concerning
ghostwriting and guest authorship.
