Letter of Intent
concerning the organisation of
KAMIEŃ-STONE Trade Fair in Poznań
signed on 18 May 2009 in Poznań
between:
Małgorzata Sołtys – Chairman of the Board
GEOSERVICE-CHRISTI sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław,
and
Przemysław Trawa – Chairman of the Board of Directors
Grzegorz Turkiewicz – Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors
Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Poznań.
The parties to this letter declare their readiness to cooperation in the preparation and organization
of KAMIEŃ-STONE, a joint trade fair for the stone industry to be based in Poznań.
Joint activities shall be undertaken in order to create the largest and leading trade fair in the above
mentioned industry so that its participants obtain a professional platform for exchanging
knowledge between producers and distributors of products and services, on the one hand, and
their current and prospective clients, on the other.
The Parties shall act jointly and mutually coordinate works undertaken by the parties. For smooth
operation, the parties shall create the Trade Fair Project Team that will specify the scope, the
timetable and procedures for implementing the project, and that will oversee the correct
implementation of the project. The Team shall include representatives of GEOSERVICECHRISTI and MTP. The Team shall complete the first stage of its works by 31 May 2009, which
will lead to the signing of the cooperation agreement between GEOSERVICE-CHRISTI and
MTP.
The parties shall notify each other of the involvement of the parties in the execution of activities
related to the Trade Fair project and shall mutually participate in information and promotion
actions related to its implementation on terms and conditions set on a case-by-case basis by the
coordinators of the works of the Project Team.
