RB 17/2009 – Vice-President First Deputy President of the Management Board
of BOŚ S.A. appointed – announced 29 October 2009
In fulfilment of provisions of § 5 subpara. 1 point 22 of the Regulation of the Minister
of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and interim reports published by issuers of
securities and conditions deemed equivalent to information required under
regulations of a non-member state (Journal of laws Dz. U. 2009.33.259), Bank
Ochrony Środowiska S.A. with registered seat in Warsaw announces that on 29
October 2009 the Bank Supervisory Board passed a resolution to appoint Mr Jacek
Pierzyński Vice-President First Deputy President of the Management Board of BOŚ
S.A. overseeing the risk area, among other things. Under provisions of art. 22b
subpara. 1 of the Banking Law Act, the resolution shall take effect on the date the
Commission for Financial Supervision approves the appointment.
The Supervisory Board further passed a resolution to apply to the Commission for
Financial Supervision for approval of the appointment of Mr Jacek Pierzyński VicePresident First Deputy President of the Management Board of BOŚ S.A. overseeing
the risk area, among other things.
