§
TRADE FAIR COMPETITION REGULATIONS
COMPETITION RULES
§1.
The aim of the competition is to grant awards to those products exhibited at
21th International Trade Fair of Machine Tools, Tools, Devices and Equipment of
Material Processing EUROTOOL® in Krakow which, according to the Competition
Committee, deserve special merit due to:
• modern construction and technology solution
• a high level of operational parameters, nice finish
• usefulness and good ergonomics
• safety in the workplace and care for the natural environment
The Competition Committee consists of a representative of the Trade Fair organizers and recognized experts in the industry.
§2
Products can be submitted for the competition on the attached application
form till 10 October, 2016. In order to participate in the competition, it is necessary to exhibit at least one complete product at the EUROTOOL® 2016.
§3
The following documents describing the product in detail and complementary
documentation should be attached to the application:
• certificates and attestations connected with the product
• product photos
• comparative assessments of the product level and conclusions drawn from
product research conducted by recognized institutions
• user opinions
• other materials confirming the high technology and user-friendly features of
the product.
All documents should be submitted in Polish.
§4
The product application should include a copy of the bank transfer for the competition participation fee – 600,00 PLN net for every product submitted.

§5
The Competition Committee will evaluate the products submitted based on
analysis of the documentation received and direct inspection of the product
during the Trade Fairs. The Exhibitors should provide all required explanation
to Committee members.
§6
The Competition Committee’s verdict will be announced and awards granted
on the second day of the Trade Fair – 19 October, 2016.
§7
The Competition Committee meeting is confidential and its decision is irrevocable.
§8
Exhibitors whose products receive awards during the Trade Fair Competition
EUROTOOL® 2016 can include information concerning the award in information
and advertisement publications.
