NOTE!
1. The order will be implemented upon approval of the Technical Organization Department of Targi w Krakowie Ltd.
The decision will be made based on the following documents:
• type of suspended construction
• details related to the construction (dimensions, total weight, location of suspension points)
• location of the construction in relation to the stand and the height of suspension
• simplified diagram of the construction’s power system
The documents should be delivered no later than 21 days before commencement of the fair.
2. Orders that are submitted later than 21 days before commencement of the fair will be implemented, if possible; and will be charged an additional 100%
fee of the standard price.
3. Targi w Krakowie Ltd. is responsible for fixing the suspension, but the Exhibitor/company building the stand is responsible for attaching the construction
to the suspension point.
4. Targi w Krakowie Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the suspension service due to safety requirements and technical capabilities of EXPO Krakow.
5. For safety reasons, people are not allowed to stay within the stand space during overhead work.
