PRICING ANNOUNCEMENT
dated 24 April 2014
under the Prospectus dated 10 April 2015 related to
Public offering of 2,400,000 newly issued ordinary bearer shares with no-par value (Stückaktien) of
the Company and 2,400,000 existing ordinary bearer shares with no-par value of the Company
and admission to listing and trading of 10,000,000 ordinary bearer shares with no-par value of the
Company (existing share capital) and 2,400,000 newly issued ordinary bearer shares with no-par
value of the Company on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange
Pursuant to the prospectus relating to the Offering and approved on 10 April 2015 the Issuer hereby
informs as follows:
The Offer Price per one Offer Share is PLN 105.0.
The final number of the Offer Shares in the Offering is 4,800,000 Offer Shares and includes
2,400,000 New Shares and 2,400,000 Sale Shares.
240,000 (5%) of the Offer Shares will be allocated through the WSE IT system to the Retail Investors
and 4,560,000 (95%) of the Offer Shares will be allocated by the Joint Bookrunners to the
Institutional Investors. Allotment of the Offer Shares to both the Retail Investors and the Institutional
Investors is planned for 29 April 2015.
