On the day of an announcement of convening the General Shareholders Meeting
the total number of shares of Travelpanet.pl S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław
is constituted by 2.167.543 bearer shares of the nominal value of 1,00 PLN/share.
All existing shares of the Company, being the bearer shares, give right to the total
of 2.167.543 votes at the General Shareholders Meeting of Travelpanet.pl S.A. with its
registered office in Wrocław convened for 23rd June 2010.
