The Management Board of “POLNA” S.A. announces that today they received a notice
from FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych with the seat at ul.
Ciasna 6, 00-232 Warszawa, with the following content:
“Acting pursuant to Article 69 section 1 of the “Act on Public Offer and the Conditions for
Introducing Financial Instruments to the Organized Trading System and on Public
Companies” of 29 July 2005, Journal of Laws Dz. U. no. 184 item 1539 (“the Act”), we
announce that as a result of a transaction of purchase of 26,140 pieces of shares of the
Company POLNA S.A. (“the Company”) carried out on 30/12/2014, the share of FIP 11
Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych in the total number of votes in
the Company exceeded 5%.
As a result of the above-mentioned transaction, currently FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny
Zamknięty Aktywów Niepublicznych holds the total of 90,233 shares of the Company,
giving the right to 90,233 votes, which constitutes 6.3740% of the share capital of the
Company and the same number of votes.
Before the above-mentioned transaction, FIP 11 Fundusz Inwestycyjny Zamknięty
Aktywów Niepublicznych held the total of 64,093 shares of the Company, giving the right
to 64,093 votes, which constituted 4.5275% of the share capital of the Company and the
same number of votes.”
