The Management Board of Impel S.A. releases to the public the list of shareholders
having at least 5% of the total number of votes at the Extraordinary General Meeting
of Impel S.A., held on 11 August 2014:
1. PrajJa Limited – number of shares: 4,890,907, number of votes: 7,740,907, share
in the votes at the GM: 50.62%, share in the total vote: 43.33%;
2. Birmat Limited – number of shares: 3,508,255, number of votes: 5,658,255, share
in the votes at the GM: 37%, share in the total vote: 31.67%;
3. OTWARTY FUNDUSZ EMERYTALNY PZU "ZŁOTA JESIEŃ” – number of
shares: 1,506,000, number of votes: 1,506,000, share in the votes at the GM:
9.85%, share in the total vote: 8.43%.
