E-COMMERCE POLSKA SCHOOL
• Workshops organised by e-Commerce Polska School are addressed to online stores. All workshops organised by eCommerce Polska School are based on case studies and conducted by experts from the e-commerce industry members of the Chamber of Digital Economy. Over the last two years, we have trained nearly 400 representatives of
online shops.

Omni-channel retailing – online & offline – There's just one sale! – a new event organised by the Chamber of
Digital Economy.
The e-Chamber conference is devoted to the subject of traditional and online sale – how to effectively combine these
two channels in order to reach customers. The distinction between online and offline shopping disappears. The new
way of buying defines a multi-faceted and multi-component nature of the process, whose last element is a new product
in the customer's shopping cart. During the conference, we will show how stores should use innovative and integrated
multi-channel sales solutions to reach the dynamically changing customer needs.

•Experts on omni-channel solutions and strategies will give their presentations

• e-Commerce Polska Guidebooks were published in response to market demand for
reliable knowledge concerning e-commerce. Materials were prepared by experts of the
Chamber of Digital Economy and the speakers and lecturers of the e-Commerce Polska
School.

”I BUY ONLINE” – a consumer education campaign
It is the third edition of the campaign which aims at educating consumers about the online shopping
and showing that the online shopping is fast, easy and convenient! We teach consumers, step by
step, how to make secure online purchases and encourage them to shop online, by showing them the
benefits of the online shopping. The consumer education campaign lasts all year long, but the
promotion campaign or rather its intensification lasts two months. The second "BUY ONLINE”
promotion campaign is scheduled for November 2015.
The campaign has its own website: http://kupujewinternecie.info.pl/
The „I BUY ONLINE” campaign is meant to show that the online shopping is:
• fast
• easy
• convenient
Target group:
• Internet users who have not yet purchased online
• Consumers who shop offline

• e-Commerce Polska Report in Poland in 2015. Gemius Award for e-Commerce Polska. Research conducted
by the Chamber of Digital Economy.
In the report, you can find answers to questions about consumers’ attitudes, habits and motivations associated with
the online shopping. The topics associated with the online and offline buyers’ attitudes towards the online
shopping are discussed in detail, as well as the knowledge of brands present in the e-commerce and the motivation
behind the selection of online stores. In order to meet the needs of readers and rapidly evolving e-commerce
market, the report presents the results of research carried out according to the questionnaire method (Computer
Assisted Web Interview, CAWI) in March 2014 years on a sample of 1.5 thousand Internet users. May 2015
• e-Commerce Research in Poland: the report on the Polish e-commerce market has been published in English,
under the patronage of Ecommerce Europe and the Ministry of Economy. February 2015 Edition
• ShopMonitor – partnership research with Gemius
ShopMonitor is a new analytical tool dedicated to online shops that allows you to test the effectiveness of sales
channels. gemiusShopMonitor stands for the simplicity and transparency of use. All functions are dedicated to
online shops and this is reflected in the administrative panel of the application. An additional advantage is the
ability to analyse not only one’s own website but also other stores of a particular trade. This is called comparative
analysis which allows to obtain the compilation of comparable data with the overall results obtained by the stores
within a given e-commerce segment.

E-COMMERCE POLSKA AWARDS CONTEST
•The competition aims at identifying the top-performing e-shops on the market and at rewarding them. In this way, eChamber wants to stimulate the e-commerce market to increase competitiveness, and thus – to improve the quality of
services provided. The "e-Commerce Polska Awards 2015" comprise two main categories – branding and sales. Small estores are evaluated separately from the medium and large e-stores. In addition, the prize is awarded to the Best
Customer Service. In 2014, more than 100 stores signed up for the competition and 280 people attended the
gala ceremony.

CATALOGUE OF E-COMMERCE POLSKA COMPANIES AND SERVICES
• The Catalogue was created with a view to developing the member companies
already operating within the e-Chamber structure. We present there a list of
companies operating in the digital economy sector and their offers broken down
into separate economic sectors of operation. As part of the bids, there are
discounts offered by members and partners to members and partners (~ 20%).
The Catalogue will be hyperlinked to each "cheap Monday” offer

CHEAP MONDAY E-COMMERCE POLSKA
• This is yet another e-Chamber activity in which the members grant each other
discounts. The discounts, however, may not be less than 20%. Every first Monday
of the month, we will publish the offers of the member companies. The offers will
be published under the news tab on the website: ecommercepolska.pl and on the
e-Chamber social networking websites. The discount is granted only to members

The Chamber of Digital Economy is a member of Ecommerce Europe. The Ecommerce
Europe members can take part in the activities of Ecommerce Europe which include:

Polish task group will be created in order to support the drawing up of the report so as to
provide the most accurate data concerning the Polish market.
• Free ticket to the pre-conference in Barcelona which will take place on the 6th of June,
organised by Ecommerce Europe
• Discount to the Global Ecommerce Summit (which will take place on the 7th and 8th of June) in
