ANNOUNCEMENT ON TENDERING PROCESS
ENGIE Energia Polska S.A./Poland
hereunder announces a tendering process for
delivery of ammonia water within the years 2017-2019
according to the following conditions:
1. Subject of purchase order is as follows:
Delivery of ammonia water with ammonia content from 24,5% up to 24,9% (guaranteed parameter) in the
volumes of 36 000 tons within the period from 01.01.2017 until 31.12.2019.
2. Site of delivery:
Zawada 26, 28-230 Połaniec, Staszów District, Świętokrzyskie Region, Poland (hereinafrer referred to
as the Site).
3. Timeframe for delivery (required): from 1 January 2017 until 31 December 2019.
4. In case the Tenderer has placed „Application to Access the Tendering Specification” (hereinafter referred
to as the Application) as attached herein to the Purchaser, the appropriate specifications will be sent to the
Tenderer. The Application must be placed in Polish or English language in 1 (one) copy. The Application can
be placed in electronic version (email).
5. The Application should be placed to the address as below:

within the years 2017-2019 for ENGIE Energia Polska S.A.”
6. The Application in electronic version should be sent to the following email address: [email protected];
7. Deadline to place the Application expires on 15 September 2016 at 1500 o’clock of Warsaw time.
8. Example of the Application constitutes an attachment to this Announcement.
9. The tendering specification will be available/sent to the Tenderers in the form of inquiry (request for quotation)
from our Saperion system within the deadline of 20 September 2016.
10. Deadline to place the tendering documents (quotations) – until 12 October 2016 at 1300 o’clock of Warsaw
time.
11. Tendering document (quotation) will only be accepted for verification in the tendering process after the
Tenderer has made an inspection on the Site.
12. Closing date of the tendering process and selection of supplier - until 30 November 2016.

not lower than 480 000 EUR (i.e. 2 000 000 PLN),
