4 x HDD Box with JBOD (Just A Bunch Of Disk) mode: Combining multiple physical
disk drives into a single virtual one. 2 to 4 disks can be merely concatenated,
end to beginning, so they appear to be a single large disk. Used to turn several odd-sized
drives into one big volume. For example JBOD could use a 300GB, 500GB, 400GB and
200GB drive to combine into a logical drive at 1.4TB (max. up to 2TB), which is often
more useful than the individual drives separately.

The Open-E ISCSI software turns a computer system into an iSCSI Target Module (ITM). ITM is a cost effective
alternative to Fibre Channel Storage Area Networks (SANs) while allowing low-cost centralization of storage without
