Special Offer of "Koleje Mazowieckie - KM" on tickets
for the Dragon train between stations:
Warszawa Wschodnia - Kraków Główny - Warszawa Wschodnia

1. The Entitled
1) Any person may purchase tickets at full price;
2) Persons entitled to discounts of: 33%, 35% (excluding the "Firma z KM" offer), 37%, 49%,
50%, 51%, 70%, 75%, 78%, 80%, 93%, 95%, 99% and 100% may purchase a discount
ticket.
2. Period of validity
1) The person detailed in par. 1 may purchase a single-fare ticket for the Dragon train
operated by Koleje Mazowieckie-KM for a connection between Warszawa Wschodnia Kraków Główny or Kraków Główny - Warszawa Wschodnia during the days chosen by
KM and communicated in the usual manner;
2) Tickets for the Dragon train are valid for one day.
3. Terms and Conditions
1) Travel on the Dragon is realized on basis of a single-fare ticket marked with “Oferta
specjalna na pociągu Dragon”;
2) for the "there" and "back" journey two separate tickets are issued;
3) The tickets may be purchased:
a) at ticket offices,
b) at ticket machines,
c) onboard the train,
d) to a mobile phone,
to travel "from" and "to" any station/stop of the train;
4) Presale of the tickets is organized in accordance with the provisions of Regulations for
Travel and Transport of People, Belongings, and Animals by "Koleje Mazowieckie - KM"
(RP-KM);
5) while travelling on the train the following tickets are not valid:
a) personal and bearer section tickets,
b) KM zone tickets,
c) excursion tickets,
d) personal network ticket (daily, 3-days, monthly, quarterly, yearly),
e) of other railway carriers,
f) of the Municipal Transport Authority (ZTM) of the city of Warsaw.
4. Fees
1) ticket fee under the Special Ticket Offer for the Dragon train according to the full price is,
for a journey from Warszawa Wschodnia to Kraków Główny or in the opposite direction
is 45.00 PLN;
2) Ticket Prices:
a) at full price,
b) with statutory discount: 33%, 37%, 49%, 51%, 78%, 93%, 95%,
c) with trade discount: 35%, 50%, 70%, 75%, 80%
i 99%, given in the Appendix to the Offer.

5. Changes to the contract of carriage
1) changing into a train of a different railroad carrier is forbidden;
2) in case of exchange of the ticket due to a change of the departure date - no
compensation is deducted
6. Return of tickets
1)
Remuneration for an unused or partially-used ticket is possible before the start of the
validity period of the ticket or within one hour from the departure of the train in
accordance with provisions of § 13 RP-KM;
2) no remuneration is made for unused tickets, purchased with the following discounts:
70%, 75%, 80%, 99%, if
the amount of remuneration is lower than 5.00 PLN.
The above-mentioned exclusion does not include tickets purchased under the Special Offer
that have not been used due to reasons attributable to KM.
