The aim of the lecture is to provide a knowledge related to the
understanding of the political structures and leaders on the Korean
Peninsula.

Upon completion of the course the student should have knowledge
about:
EK1: the roots of the political system on the Korean Peninsula

EK2: what are the elements and the structures of key political
structures in North and South Korea. [K_W02+++; K_W09++]
The student should also be capable of:
EK3: enumerating key leaders of both Koreas [K_W04+]
EK4: formulating the goals and tasks of the Korean Leadership.

Grading will be based on a written exam which will take place
during the last lecture of the course. A grade will be given out on a
scale from satisfactory (3) to very good (5). Student may fail to the
exam and get 2.
