(Organizacja Pozytku Publicznego) is the largest bone marrow donor center in Poland. Founded in 2008 it is a member of the
DKMS group which leads the fight against blood cancer with more than 4 million registered donors worldwide. Every day
fifteen patients receive stem cells and a second chance for life from a matching DKMS donor.

Human Resources Manager
Location: Warszawa
Region: mazowieckie
Responsibilities:












Establish effective communication with all employees to ensure HR programs and processes are delivered
Act as key point of contact for HR related issues
Manage the implementation of HR initiatives and provide support to the group to drive organizational change
Support managers to address performance issues in a timely manner and provide support as needed for the Performance
Review process
Identify opportunities for ways of working, policies, procedures and programs and work with the CEO to develop long term
strategies regarding employee engagement and retention
Ensure the company is in compliance with corporate and legal requirements
Identify, define and consult on all Training/Development needs and initiatives
Manage full-cycle recruitment and ensure that the proper talent is acquired for each role
Prepare and monitor HR budget
Counsel employees and managers on Employee Relations issues and problems
Administer benefits and maintenance of benefit files
Work in collaboration with other departments and management to ensure organizational effectiveness by providing
leadership for the organization’s functions
Requirements:









Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
Minimum of seven years work experience in a Human Resources setting and five years management experience
Collaborative work style, excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work well with others on projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask efficiently
Entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility
Proficiency in English is a must
Proficiency in Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet searches required
