AMUNDI is currently 1st Asset Manager in Europe, 9th in the World and manages more than 800 Billion
Euros of Assets.
The company started its activity in Poland in March 2013 by creating a TFI in order to complete its
presence in Europe and support the development of Credit Agricole Bank Polska and Eurobank S.A.
The structure employs around 25 people.
Position description:
The position refers to a wide IT field. A majority of this person’s time will be spent on fixing network,
hardware and software problems as well as responding to requests submitted via emails, phone calls
and in-person visits. Occasionally the person will help in purely Middle Office operations.
The person will report directly to the Head of Middle Office.
IT responsibilities:
 Support end-users with IT-related problems in a responsive and service oriented manner
 Setup, management, and maintenance of IT-related equipment
 Training staff with IT related equipment
 Maintain and administer computing environment, including computer hardware, systems software,
applications software and all configurations
 Maintain hardware and software maintenance agreements to ensure integrity of operations/processes
 Maintain an inventory of parts for emergency repairs
 Coordinate with vendors and with company personnel in order to facilitate purchases
 Cooperate with the Risk Department in performing disaster recovery operations
Additional responsibilities:
 Occasionally support middle-officers in their daily operations
Profile:
 Significant IT knowledge
 Programming skills (VBA, SQL)
 MS Office knowledge
 Knowledge of capital markets, operations/processes in middle office field of an asset management

 Fluent in English
 Passionate, optimistic and with internal inspiration to get things done
