XXXI AEFCA Symposium
Mimo że zaproszeni goście będą zjeżdżać do Warszawy 4 grudnia, to oficjalne otwarcie nastąpi 5 grudnia i będzie to pierwszy dzień roboczy konferencji. Uczestnicy spędzą go na obejrzeniu dwóch pokazowych zajęć naszych reprezentacji juniorskich, prowadzonych przez trenerów Marcina Dornę i Roberta Wójcika. Będzie też odrobina czasu, aby goście obejrzeli Stare Miasto i kilka innych pięknych miejsc w Warszawie. Obecny prezydent AEFCA, dr Josef Venglos, konferencją w Warszawie będzie kończył swoją kadencję i przekaże szefowanie w Związku Stowarzyszeń osobie wybranej podczas obrad. Powodują to zmiany, jakie następują XXXI AEFCA Symposium For the first time in our football history Poland is the host country of the Symposium organized by AEFCA (Alliance of European Football Coaches` Associations). For many years the Polish representative was a non active observer of AEFCA activities. The reason for this situation was, that in Poland we didn’t have an association of football coaches, which could have been recognized as a member of AEFCA. After a great effort of the Polish Coaches Committee in PZPN, the Association of Polish Football Coaches was established in 2007 and since then we have become a member of AEFCA with all the membership rights. This membership is like an umbrella for the Polish Football Coaches Association and we now have a strong partner in figthing for our coaches` rights. The Symposium in Poland will be organized in two parts. The first part is dedicated to the AEFCA General Assembly and elections of it‘s presidency and new memebers of the Board of Directors. This gives a great chance for Polish representatives to be elected. The second part of the Symposium is the Conference dedicated directly to the coaches, with the World Championships in Africa 2010 as the main subject. Only the members of the Coaches Associations and invited guests from all football Associations will join the first part of the Symposium. The second part will start on the 6-th of December 4 TRENER | Nr 6 (99) 2010 and all the polish coaches with UEFA-PRO licences and members of the Coaches Association STPN will be invited. The participants will come to Warsaw on the 4-th of December but the official opening ceremony will be orgenized on the 5-th of December and it will be the first working day of the Conference. On the 5-th of December the participants will watch two training sessions of our Youth National Teams held by the coaches: Robert Wójcik and Marcin Dorna. There will also be some free time for our guests to visit Warsaw’s Old Town and other beautiful places. The President of AEFCA dr Josef Venglos will step down from his position during the Symposium and shall pass the presidency on to the hands of the newly elected president. The Conference’s speaker will be the Technical Director of UEFA and a member of the FIFA Technical Team 2010 Mr Andy Roxburgh who will take us through the presentation summarising the W.C.2010. Apart from Andy Roxburgh, AEFCA invited a few of the National Teams Coaches including World Cup winner Mr Vicente del Bosque and the Sport Director of the Spanish F.A. Fernando Hierro. More than one hundred fifty guests from all over the world are invited. 04-05_v2 11/27/10 3:53 PM Page 5 konferencji AEFCA w naszym futbolu. Obecne władze organizacji chcą otworzyć drzwi do STPN wszystkim trenerom i już niebawem członkami stowarzyszenia będą mogli zostać wszyscy trenerzy pracujący w polskim futbolu. Intensywnie budowana jest infrastruktura piłkarska. Teraz nadejdzie czas, by nowe stadiony i boiska zapełniły się dziećmi i młodzieżą. Ta wielka, bo kilkunastotysięczna grupa zawodowa musi mieć organizację, w której znajdzie oparcie i zawsze będzie mogła liczyć na jej pomoc. Taką organizacją na terenie Polski jest Stowarzyszenie Trenerów Piłki Nożnej oraz Związek Stowarzyszeń Trenerów Piłki Nożnej AEFCA na arenie międzynarodowej. Dlatego każdy szkoleniowiec powinien dbać o własne interesy i dać sobie szansę. Jeśli jeszcze nie jesteś członkiem stowarzyszenia, to konferencja stanowi najlepszą okazję, aby nim zostać. in Poland Fot. AAF PZPN/ Sierakowski. Step by step Poland is becoming a true partner for all of the football organistions in Europe. The massive changes which have taken place in Poland in regard to football infrastructure with new modern stadiums and thousands of small pitches for youth football have made a very big impression on the European football haedquarters. STPN Association of Football Coaches in Poland is a young organisation. The first President of STPN was Antoni Piechniczek and now Andrzej Strejlau was elected and he is handling the Presidencial duties. Both of them are ex-National Team Coaches. The statut of STPN allows membership only to the coaches with the highest football UEFA–A and UEFA–PRO diplomas. The present Board of STPN wants to change the statut and to open the door for all football coaches. Having in mind that when the football infrastructure will be ready there will come a time when all of the new stadiums nad training fields will be full of polish children. For this situaction we have to educate the coaches, who will be taking care of all the children practising on these grounds. There are more than ten thousand coaches working in Poland, and this group of people has to have their own organisation which will support them and help with solving all their problems. STPN is the organistion that wll provide this, as part of AEFCA. So we expect all coaches to became membes of this Association and this symposium is the best time for each coach, who is not yet a memeber of STPN to became one. 5 TRENER | Nr 6 (99) 2010
