The Management Board of Zakłady Urządzeo Kotłowych ‘Stąporków’ S.A. Company hereby
informs that on 10 January 2012 appointed Mr. Konrad Kosierkiewicz to the position of a
Chief Financial Officer. The information regarding the professional career of a new Member
of the Management Board is presented below.
Mr. Konrad Kosierkiewicz was awarded a Doctoral Degree in Economics from the Jagiellonian
University in Cracow.
Professional career of Mr. Konrad Kosierkiewicz:
1997 – 1998 – Arabski i Gawor Biuro Maklerskie s.c. (Brokerage House) - Head of Capital
Market Servicing Department;
1999 – 2002 – Bankowy Dom Maklreski PKO BP S.A. (Brokerage House) – Specialist in Market
Department;
2002 – 2004 – TRAS S.A. – Corporate Director;
2004 – still – Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania i Bankowości w Krakowie – (The School of Banking
and Management in Cracow) – Associate Professor.

Mr. Konrad Kosierkiewicz exercised or still exercises the following functions in the
administering, managing or supervising bodies in joint stock companies and partnerships:
2007 – Grupa Deweloperska Inwest S.A. – Member of the Supervisory Board;
2007 – 2008 – Orion Investment S.A. – Member of the Supervisory Board;
2007 – 2008 – IIF S.A. - Member of the Supervisory Board;
2007 – 2009 – Eskimos S.A. - Member of the Supervisory Board;
2011 – Betomax Polska S.A. - Member of the Supervisory Board;
2008 – 2012 – Zakłady Urządzeo Kotłowych Stąporków S.A. - Member of the Supervisory
Board.
Mr. Konrad Kosierkiewicz exercised managing functions in the following companies: Kodis
Ltd., Abarta Ltd., iGPM Ltd., Elatha Ltd., UNIMA 2000 S.A., Wawinfo Ltd., Balticinfo Ltd.,
Projekt Karmelicka Ltd.
Mr. Konrad Kosierkiewicz is not listed in the Insolvent Debtors Register maintained pursuant
to the Act on the National Court Register. Furthermore, Mr. Konard Kosierkiewicz is not
engaged in any activities whatsoever which would constitute competition against ZUK
Stąporków S.A., he does not participate in any competing enterprise as a civil law
partnership or any other form of partnership or as a member of a corporate body of a
limited company, nor does he participate in any other competing legal person as a member
of any of its corporate bodies.
