TASK 1
Budowa autostrady A1 po zachodniej stronie lotniska (w rejonie podejścia do
RWY 09).
Construction of the A1 motorway west of the aerodrome (within the area of
RWY 09 approach).

Limitations and obstructions
Prace budowlane będą prowadzone przy użyciu sprzętu budowlanego
o wysokości do 17 ft AGL. Teren prowadzonych robót będzie oznakowany.
W trakcie budowy wystąpią czasowe utrudnienia/ograniczenia dla ruchu
lotniczego związane z:
The construction works will be carried out using construction equipment up to
17 ft AGL. The area of works will be marked. During construction
obstructions/limitations for air traffic are expected due to:
- pracą sprzętu (dźwigi, pompy do betonu) o wysokości powyżej 17 ft AGL.
- working equipment (cranes, concrete pumps) with a height above 17 ft AGL.

Dostosowanie infrastruktury lotniska do operacji lotniczych CAT II.
Adjusting aerodrome infrastructure to CAT II operations.

Z powodu prac budowlanych niedostępne dla ruchu lotniczego będą : TWY L,
H2, B, odcinek TWY E3 między TWY B a stanowiskiem postojowym 29.
Due to construction works, TWYs L, H2, B, section of TWY E3 between TWY
B and stand no. 29 will be unavailable for air traffic.
Z powodu rozbudowy systemu świetlnych pomocy nawigacyjnych na TWY
E1, E2 oraz na stanowiskach postojowych 12-15, na APN 1 mogą wystąpić
ograniczenia w dostępności dla ruchu lotniczego. Prace o charakterze
krótkotrwałym, okresy zamknięcia TWY i APN będą publikowane w NOTAM.
Due to the extension of the system of visual navigation aids on TWYs E1, E2
and stands 12-15, the availability of APN 1 to air traffic may be limited.
Information on works of short duration, and TWY and APN closure periods
will be published via NOTAM.
Docelowe parametry TWY H2:
szerokość - 23 m, ASPH, obustronnie umocnione pobocza po 18,5 m,
PCN 70 F/A/W/T.
Performance targets of TWY H2:
width - 23 m, ASPH, strengthened 18.5 m RWY shoulders either side of the
RWY, PCN 70 F/A/W/T.
Wzrokowe pomoce nawigacyjne:
światła osi TWY,
światła miejsca pośredniego oczekiwania,
podświetlane znaki pionowe,
oznakowanie poziome.
Visual navigation aids:
TWY centre line lights,
- intermedite holding position lights,
signs (lighted),
markings.

Z powodu prac budowlanych będą niedostępne dla ruchu lotniczego: TWY B,
odcinek TWY E3 między TWY B a stanowiskiem postojowym nr 27 wraz
z częścią płyty postojowej APN 1 - stanowiska 27-29.
Due to construction works the following elements will not be available for air
traffic: TWY B, section of TWY E3 between TWY B and stand no. 27 along
with portion of APN No. 1 (stands 27-29).
Z powodu rozbudowy systemu świetlnych pomocy nawigacyjnych na TWY
E1, E2 oraz na stanowiskach postojowych 12-15, na APN 1 mogą wystąpić
ograniczenia w dostępności dla ruchu lotniczego. Prace o charakterze
krótkotrwałym, okresy zamknięcia TWY i APN będą publikowane w NOTAM.

U, odcinek TWY E3 między stanowiskami postojowymi 23 i 26 wraz z częścią
płyty postojowej APN 1 - stanowiska 23-26 oraz APN 6.
Due to construction works the following elements will be unavailable for air
traffic: TWY U, section of TWY E3 between stands No. 23 and 26 along with
portion of APN No. 1 (stands 23-26) and APN No. 6.
Z powodu rozbudowy systemu świetlnych pomocy nawigacyjnych na TWY
E1, E2 oraz na stanowiskach postojowych 12-15, na APN 1 mogą wystąpić
ograniczenia w dostępności dla ruchu lotniczego. Prace o charakterze

22 as well as stands no. 21-22 on APN 1 will be unvailable for air traffic.

Z powodu prac budowlanych TWY A, odcinek TWY E3 między stanowiskami
postojowymi 19 a 20 oraz stanowiska postojowe 19-20 na APN 1 będą
niedostępne dla ruchu lotniczego.
Due to construction works, TWY A, part of TWY E3 between stands No. 19
and 20 as well as stands No. 19-20 on APN 1 will be unavailable for air traffic.
Zakres prac
Scope of works
- budowa TWY: H2,
- construction of TWY H2,
- rozbudowa systemu świetlnych pomocy nawigacyjnych na TWY B, E1, E2,
E3 oraz na stanowiskach postojowych 12-15, 21-23, 27 i 29 na APN 1.
- extension of the sytem of visual navigation aids on TWYs B, E1, E2, E3 and
on stands 12-15, 21-23, 27 and 29 on APN 1.
Ograniczenia i utrudnienia
Limitations and obstructions
Prace budowlane będą prowadzone przy użyciu sprzętu budowlanego
o wysokości do 17 ft AGL i okresowo będą koordynowane z ruchem statków
powietrznych. Teren robót na granicy z czynnymi płaszczyznami
operacyjnymi będzie oznakowany zgodnie z wymaganiami CS ADR-DSN.
The construction works will be carried out using construction equipment up to
17 ft AGL and will be periodically coordinated with the movement of aircraft.
The construction site will be marked at the limit of active operational surfaces
in accordance with CS ADR-DSN.
W trakcie budowy wystąpią czasowe utrudnienia/ograniczenia dla ruchu
lotniczego związane z:
During the construction works, temporary obstructions/limitations for air traffic
will occur:
- zmianą organizacji ruchu w obrębie pola naziemnego ruchu lotniczego,
- change to the traffic movement within the air traffic movement area,
- ograniczeniem dostępności stanowisk postojowych na APN 1,
- limitations to the availability of stands on APN 1,
- ograniczeniem dostępności świetlnych pomocy nawigacyjnych,
- limitations to the availability of lighting air navigation aids,
- pracą sprzętu (dźwigi, pompy do betonu) o wysokości powyżej 17 ft AGL.
