4. Karty wstępu
4. Entry cards
4.1. Do wejścia na tereny targowe w okresie trwania targów, montaŜu i demontaŜu upowaŜniają
wystawców karty wystawcy.
4.1. An exhibitor card will be required from exhibitors to enter PIF grounds during stand
construction, fair duration and dismantling periods.
4.2. Karty wystawcy przydzielane są w zaleŜności od zamówionej powierzchni według
następujących zasad:
- 2 karty - stoisko do 10 m2
- 4 karty - stoisko do 20 m2
- 6 kart - stoisko do 50 m2
- 8 kart - stoisko do 75 m2
- 10 kart - stoisko do 100 m2
- 12 kart - stoisko do 200 m2
- po jednej karcie na kaŜde 50 m2 powyŜej 200 m2.
4.2. Exhibitor cards are provided depending on the size of exhibition space ordered, as per the
following rules:
- For a stand of up to 10 m2, 2 cards
- For a stand of up to 20 m2, 4 cards
- For a stand of up to 50 m2, 6 cards
- For a stand of up to 75 m2, 8 cards
- For a stand of up to 100 m2, 10 cards
- For a stand of up to 200 m2, 12 cards
- For each 50 m2 over 200 m2, 1 card.
4.3. Dodatkowe karty wystawcy, ponad limit określony powyŜej, sprzedawane są na podstawie
pisemnego zamówienia na formularzu WA. Odbioru zamówionych kart dokonuje się w Recepcji
Wystawców po uiszczeniu naleŜności gotówką lub kartą płatniczą.
4.3. Any additional exhibitor cards over the numbers stated above will be sold based on a
written order (WA form). Additional cards will be collected at the Exhibitors’ Reception Desk on
payment of amount due, either by cash or credit card.
4.4. Karty wstępu dla ekip budujących stoiska wystawiane są przez MTP na okres montaŜu
i demontaŜu na podstawie pisemnego zamówienia wystawcy lub przedsiębiorcy budującego
stoiska. Odbioru zamówionych kart dokonuje się w Recepcji Wystawców.
4.4. Entry cards for stand constructing teams for stand construction and dismantling time
will be provided by MTP based on a written order from an exhibitor or constructor. The cards
will be collected at the Exhibitors’ Reception Desk.
5. Karty wjazdu i karty parkingowe
5. Car entry and parking cards
5.1. W dniach 07-12.09.2010 r. (okres montaŜu stoisk) wjazd na tereny targowe następuje na
podstawie karty wstępu wystawcy, stałej karty wjazdu lub zlecenia dostawy.
5.1. Through 07-12.09.2010 (stand construction period) car entry to the fairgrounds is possible
provided that an exhibitor card, permanent car entry card or delivery order is presented.
5.2. W dniach 13-16.09.2010 r. (okres trwania targów) do wjazdu na tereny targowe i
parkowania w wyznaczonych przez MTP miejscach upowaŜnia stała i jednodniowa karta
wjazdu.
5.2. Through 13-16.09.2010 (fair duration) only permanent or one-day car entry cards allow
cars to drive into the fairgrounds and park in designated places.
Stałe karty wjazdu sprzedawane są na podstawie pisemnego zamówienia na formularzu WA.
Odbioru zamówionych kart dokonuje się w Recepcji Wystawców po uiszczeniu naleŜności
gotówką lub kartą płatniczą. SprzedaŜ jednodniowych kart wjazdu jest prowadzona przy
bramie wjazdowej. Mogą ją nabyć wyłącznie wystawcy.
Permanent car entry cards are sold upon a written order (WA form). The ordered cards are to
be collected at the Exhibitors’ Reception Desk on payment of amount due, either by cash or
credit card. One-day car entry cards can be purchased at the entrance gate in Śniadeckich
Street. The cards will be sold to the Exhibitors only.
The number of cards to be sold can be limited depending on the exhibition size.
Ilość sprzedanych kart wjazdu moŜe być ograniczona ze względu na wielkość targowej
ekspozycji.
5.3. On the last day of the fair, i.e. on 16.09.2010, for stands dismantling purposes, cars shall
be allowed to drive into the fairgrounds after 18.00 .
5.3. W ostatnim dniu trwania targów, tj. 16.09.2010 r., w celu demontaŜu stoisk, samochody
wpuszczane będą na tereny targowe po godz.18.00
5.4. Through 13-16.09.2010 (fair duration) MTP’s parking site nearby the fairgrounds (in Matejki
Str.) is accessible upon permanent and single-use parking cards.
5.4. W dniach 13-16.09.2010 r. (okres trwania targów) na parkingu MTP połoŜonym w
okolicach terenów targowych (przy ul. Matejki) obowiązują stałe i jednorazowe karty
parkingowe.
Permanent parking cards are sold upon a written order (WA form). The ordered cards are to
be collected at the parking site in Matejki Str. on payment of amount due, either by cash or
credit card. Single-use parking cards are available by drive-in to the parking site in Matejki
Str.
Stałe karty parkingowe sprzedawane są na podstawie pisemnego zamówienia na formularzu
WA. Odbioru zamówionych dokonuje się na parkingu MTP przy ul. Matejki po uiszczeniu
naleŜności gotówką lub kartą płatniczą. Jednorazowe karty parkingowe moŜna nabyć przy
wjeździe na parking MTP.
5.5. Niedozwolone jest pozostawienie pojazdów na terenach targowych:
•
podczas trwania targów - po godz. 19.00,
•
w okresie montaŜu i demontaŜu - po godz. 22.00.
Pozostawienie pojazdu na terenach targowych po regulaminowym czasie bez zgody MTP i
poza wskazanym miejscem spowoduje załoŜenie urządzenia blokującego koło oraz nałoŜenie
kary porządkowej w wysokości 200 zł. Kara porządkowa nie podlega fakturowaniu.
6. Konkursy: Złoty Medal MTP, Acanthus Aureus
6.1. Złoty Medal MTP - dla najlepszego wyrobu. Zgłoszenia do konkursu naleŜy składać w BIT
– Biznes-Innowacje-Technologie sp. z o.o. nie później niŜ 2 tygodnie przed rozpoczęciem

6.2. Acanthus Aureus – nagroda dla ekspozycji targowych, których rozwiązania
architektoniczne i graficzne najlepiej odzwierciedlają strategię marketingową firmy. Zgłoszenia
do konkursu naleŜy przesyłać do Zespołu Komunikacji Korporacyjnej MTP nie później niŜ 1

5.5. It is not allowed to leave vehicles on the fairgrounds:
•
after 7.00 p.m. through the fair duration,
•
after 10.00 p.m. through stand construction and dismantling periods.
Vehicles which are left at the fairgrounds after the time specified herein without PIF’s
permission or at a place other than the designated one will be wheel clamped and a fine of PLN
200 will be imposed. The fine will not be invoiced.
6. PIF GOLD MEDAL and ACANTHUS AUREUS competitions
6.1. PIF Gold Medal – competition for the best product. Competition entries should be
submitted to the BIT – Business - Innovation - Technologies Ltd.,
2 weeks before the fair begins at the latest. For detailed Information, call: (phone) +48 61 869

6.2. Acanthus Aureus – competition aiming to award the trade fair exposition, which
architectural and graphical solutions mostly reflect company’s marketing strategy. Competition
entries should be submitted to PIF Corporate Communication Team no later than 1 week
