Tłumik jest dynamiczno/hydrauliczny, nie wymagający w zasadzie konserwacji. Jednakże działanie tłumika
powinno być kontrolowane co 2 lata.
The VL damper is a dynamic, hydraulic damper, which in principle is maintenance free.
However the function of the damper has to be controlled with 2 years interval.

DAMPER DESCRIPTION:
W odniesieniu do poniższych rysunków tłumik składa się z masy zawieszonej za pomocą 3 łańcuchów jako wahadło
w skrzyni tłumika. Dolna część tłumika jest wypełniona olejem, a płyta perforowana w dolnej części tłumika jest w
nim zatopiona i tłumi ruchy komina poprzez tłumienie ruchów zawieszonego obciążenia.
Skrzynia tłumika jest sprawdzana pod ciśnieniem w celu zapewnienia szczelności.
Obciążenie oraz częstotliwość tłumika są obliczone oraz strojone zgodnie z wyliczeniami statystycznymi.
With reference to the drawing below the damper consists of a damper mass suspended by means of 3 chains as a
pendulum in the damper box. The lower part of the damper box is filled with oil, and the hole plates mounted on the
bottom part of the damper moves in the oil and is thereby damping the movements of the damper mass (=movements of the stack).
The damper box is pressure tested to ensure the tightness.
The mass and the frequency of the damper mass are calculated and tuned in accordance with the static calculation.
The damper mass is damped by means of the movement of hole plates in the oil, and the damping and the frequency
are checked and approved in the workshop.
