Thus the member companies will benefit as well as the organisation, offering the course (by having happy members and earning through participants fees) Głównym celem jest opracowanie kursu dokształcania dla MSP z regionu działalności danej Izby. Po ukończeniu kursu uczestnicy otrzymują certyfikat „Biznes międzynarodowy dla MSP” Optional, the students can pass a final exam and upon successful passing receive the accredition of the HWK Schwerin and can apply for the „EuroPass“ Możliwość otrzymania paszportu edukacyjnego „EuroPass” Doing Business International Erprobungslehrgang „Doing International Business for SME“ im Berufsbildungs- und Technologiezentrum der Handwerkskammer Schwerin Teilnehmer: 16 Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter aus kleinen und mittleren Handwerksbetrieben, hauptsächlich Baugewerbe Kathrin Fügel Projektleiterin Außenwirtschaft Doing International Business for SME - Vorbereitungsphase Dozentenakquise: • Schaltung von Anzeigen in mehreren regionalen Tageszeitungen • Persönliche Gespräche mit 8 potenziellen Dozenten • Herausforderung: Experten finden, die genau dem gefordertem Profil entsprechen • Zusammenarbeit mit der Privaten Wirtschafts- und Technikakademie (WTA); Hintergrund: Erfahrung mit ähnlichen Projekten Doing International Business for SME - Vorbereitungsphase Teilnehmerakquise: • Erstellung eines Informationsflyers, Werbung im Internet sowie in der lokalen, regionalen und überregionalen Presse • Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit 350 Mitgliedsbetrieben • Einladung an 140 potenzielle Teilnehmer und E-Mailing an Industrieunternehmen, anschließend telefonische Nachfassaktion • Registrierung von 18 Anmeldungen zum Lehrgang • Fazit: sehr zeitaufwändig, viel Überzeugungsarbeit notwendig • Herausforderung: - im Frühjahr/Sommer wenig Spielraum für Weiterbildungen in den Betrieben - Unterricht unter der Woche schwierig, Mitarbeiter wird im Tagesgeschäft gebraucht Course in Schwerin Course in Schwerin Doing International Business for SME - Vorbereitungsphase Lehrgangsvorbereitung: • Erstellung von Stundenplan und Lehrgangsunterlagen sowie Anpassung vorhandener Unterlagen an den aktuellen Lehrgang in Zusammenarbeit mit der WTA • Unterlagen sind inhaltlich an die Form des integrierten Lernens angepasst: Nutzung des vorhandenen Außenwirtschaftsportals der WTA im Rahmen des Lehrgangs Doing International Business for SME - Vorbereitungsphase Überarbeitung der Inhalte/Module: • Ausgangspunkt: Erfahrungen der WTA mit Kombination aus Präsenzunterricht und E-Learning • Anpassung der Module Englisch und Außenwirtschaft an die Form des integrierten Lernens: Präsenzunterricht, E-Learning und individuelles Coaching • Vorteile: weniger Präsenzunterricht, für KMU vorteilhaft bessere, individuelle Betreuung durch Coaching E-Learning ist zeitgemäß und lässt individuellen Spielraum Doing International Business for SME - Vorbereitungsphase Überarbeitung Inhalte/Module: • Erarbeitung eines Außenwirtschaftskonzeptes sowie einer Firmenpräsentation auf Englisch • Unterstützung der Dozenten durch Experten aus der Praxis, z.B. zu den Themen Recht, Finanzierung, Marktauftritt im Ostseeraum • Einführung in die Nutzung der Internettelefonie „Skype“ • Module „anerkannte Weiterbildungsprüfung“ und „Auslandspraktika“ im Erprobungslehrgang nicht eingesetzt, da bei Teilnehmern kein Bedarf • Herausforderung: Gestaltung eines einheitlichen Lehrganges für verschiedene Zielgruppen, da unterschiedliche Voraussetzungen und Bedürfnisse. • Erprobungslehrgang an die Bedürfnisse von Handwerksunternehmen angepasst Doing International Business for SME - Durchführungsphase • Präsenzunterricht: 5 Unterrichtsstunden, 1x wöchentlich, abwechselnd Außenwirtschaft und Englisch • Vortrag eines Experten zu einem bestimmten Fachgebiet ca. 1x im Monat • Führen eines Projekttagebuches • Abstimmung von individuellen Coachings: Durchführung in den Betrieben • Organisation einer Unternehmerreise nach Polen im Anschluss an den Lehrgang: Präsentation der Firma auf Englisch, d.h. praxisnahe Umsetzung des Erlernten Course in Schwerin - Experiences Further Experiences Christiane Vorpahl, Chamber Schwerin Course in Schwerin - Finalisation The course ended on 7th October 2009 The participants prepared a presentation of their business and informed about their upcoming international activities and expectations Doing Business – Second Workshop Second Workshop : 7th September 2009 in Schwerin Course in Schwerin - Experiences Diversity of participants fruitful. Training based on specific sectors, thus participants = competitors, not recommended. The information exchange with other businesses and creation of new business ties was seen as a real asset Compact seminar not possible for self-employed. SME owners can not afford to leave their company for more than one day a week Participants were very happy with organisation by the Chamber Schwerin Business English is of special importance to participants. However, the different level of knowledge is a challenge for the teacher Course in Schwerin - Experiences Practical training abroad is interesting for companies, but hard to realise for businessman; suitable only for young entrepreneurs or employees Individual coaching of companies during internationalisation process is priority on wish list of companies completing the course, theoretical input could be less, practical training more (costintensive) Next steps Final evaluation of training course Draft of official examination regulations and approval by responsible ministry Adaption and transfer to other areas of the Baltic Sea Region; different interest (Poland, Finland, Norway) Third and final workshop in summer 2010 www.go-sme.eu
