Company as a Base Element of an Economic Activity
One of the main features of the business is its organization, which is fully expressed by
a company understood as a set of assets used by the entity in order to perform economic
activities. This set of assets should be organized itself while the creation of a company and
keeping it “in motion” require actions of mainly organizational character. The organization of economic activity in the form of a company shall mean, as it seems, the existence of
interdependence between leading an economic activity and leading a company. The creation of a company reflects the actual preparation for starting a business. As a result every
economic activity is carried out using a company and every entrepreneur is equipped with
a company.
