Rules to protect the authenticity and originality of articles published in journals by Wyższa Szkoła
Bankowa w Poznaniu (the Poznan School of Banking)
The Poznan School of Banking complies with and implements the recommendations of the Ministry of
Science and Higher Education for the prevention of ghostwriting and guest authorship

We inform you that we will prevent the phenomena of ghostwriting and guest authorship.
Ghostwriting takes place when an author has made a substantial contribution to the article, but their
participation has not been disclosed as one of the authors or their role was not mentioned in the
acknowledgments contained in the publication.
Guest authorship (honorary authorship) takes place when the author’s contribution to the creation of this
article is little or none, and yet this person is listed as an author or co-author of the article.
In order to protect against ghostwriting and guest authorship, as well as ensuring a transparent, fair and
honest way of presenting the results of scientific publication, Wydawnictwo Wyższej Szkoły
Bankowej w Poznaniu (the Poznan School of Banking Press) takes the following steps:
1. The Poznan School of Banking signs a publishing agreement with the author or obtains a statement
from the author about the originality of the article, transfer of copyright and financing (example –
Appendix 1).
2. An article is every publication that appears in a scientific journal published by the Poznan School of
Banking Press.
3. The journal publishes information about the sources of funding for the publication.
4. Disclosure in the process of publishing cases of scientific misconduct, especially breaches and
violations of the rules of ethics applicable in the study, resulting in documenting and notifying the rector
of the Poznan School of Banking and the organizational unit employing the author.

permission to execute the copyrights and transfer acquired laws, which take effect unconditionally
and promptly, without time and place limits in terms of:
a) exclusive use of the article in the business of Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu
b) reproduction, publishing, distribution and archiving the article in all forms and media of
expression now known or developed in the future, including reprints, photographic reproductions,
microform, electronic form (offline, online) or any other reproductions
c) translations of the article into any language and dissemination of the translated article,
d) computer reproduction and publishing on-line (Internet, and Intranet and the like),
e) the publishing and dissemination,
f) ditribution and circulation,
g) lending the original or any other copies of the article
for an unspecified period of time from the time the present statement is signed and the work is accepted
by Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu for print and I authorize the Publisher to take any legal action in
case Publisher's rights are infringed upon by any third parties.
In the event new areas of exploitation that are of significance for Wyższa Szkoła Bankowa w Poznaniu
are revealed I declare to transfer the right to exploit this area for the amount of 1 zloty (one zloty).
