Report from active participation in AACR Annual Meeting, Philadelphia, April 18-22nd, 2015
The AACR Annual Meeting 2015 was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. It is the biggest
American cancer research meeting that highlights the latest, most exciting discoveries in every area of
cancer research. The general subject of the meeting this year was “Bringing Cancer Discoveries to
Patients” and this subject covered also most exciting recent discoveries related to immunotherapy.
Beata Pyrzynska presented the poster during the late-breaking poster session related to “Experimental and
Molecular Therapeutics” on Tuesday, April 21st. The poster was entitled: “PTEN regulates the CD20
antigen expression and affects rituximab-based therapy of lymphoma malignancies”, number LB-242/4;
