Sylwester Cacek
President
He has been the Chairman of Sfinks Polska since August 2011. He runs the company for the second
time. Previously, he held the position of the President in Sfinks from June 2009 to April 2010, and
then he moved to the Supervisory Board of the company. Before he engaged himself as a manager
and investor in Sfinks Polska, for many years he co-created and ran from a position of the President
Dominet capital group, within which all-Poland Dominet Bank was developed through the franchise
model,. Dominet SA together with Dominet Bank were successfully sold to the international group
Fortis in 2007. During his career Sylwester Cacek was a member of the Supervisory Boards of such
companies as: Dominet Bank SA, Impel SA, OrsNet Sp. z o.o., SportLive24 SA and KS Widzew Łódź
SA. He is also a co-owner of the Polish professional football club RTS Widzew Łódź SA and an active
capital investor - apart from Sfinks he has a significant share in Canadian biotechnological company
Helix BioPharma. Sylwester Cacek graduated from the International Management School. He also
studied in the Warsaw University of Technology, Department of Mechanical and Technological and in
Military University of Technology in Warsaw.

Dorota Cacek
Vice-President
She has been a member of the Management Board of Sfinks Polska since August 2011. For the past
few years she has been working actively as a capital investor. From the beginning of the 90s, she
has been connected with a finance and banking sector. In 1993 she became the Vice-President of the
Management Board of Dominet SA. From 2002 she was involved in the process of building Dominet
SA and transforming it into all-Poland Dominet Bank. As the Vice-President of the Management Board
of that bank in 2002-2007 she was responsible for human resources policy, internal communication
and media relations. She also supervised the development of local branches and marketing
activities. In 2002-2007 she was the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Dolnoslaska Banking
School. In 2009 she was appointed a member of the Supervisory Board of Redan company where she
held the position of the Vice-Chairman until February 2012. In 2010-2011 she had a seat in the
Supervisory Board of Directors of RTS Widzew Łódź SA, where she also was the Vice-Chairman. She
graduated from the University of Warsaw (English Studies) and finished a lot of courses in banking
and marketing in the USA.
Bogdan Bruczko
vice-chairman of the Board of Directors
He has been the Vice-Chairman of Sfinks Polska’s Boards of Directors since June, 2009. Before he
started his career in Sphinx, he worked in banking sector. In 2000-2009 he worked in Dominet SA
and Dominet Bank where he was the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors from 2006. He was
responsible for Credit Department, Operations Department, including customer service and quality
management in the branches. He also supervised the realization of sales targets, including
expanding bank’s activity by credit mediation. Before, he was the Director of Credit Risk Department
and Vice-Director of Debt Collection Department. He graduated from Finance and Banking in Poznan
University of Economics.

Sławomir Pawłowski
Vice-President
Sławomir Pawłowski has many years of business experience in managing different fields and teams.
In the seventies and eighties he worked for the Przedsiębiorstwo Zaopatrzenia i Transportu Miejskiej
Gospodarki Mieszkaniowej as the Technical Director and Director of Operations. Between 1995-1997
he worked in Dominet SA – a company involved in financial intermediation – on the position of
Development Director. Then, from 1997 to 2008, he worked as the Vice President of Dominet SA,
where he supervised the cooperation with partners and the development of insurance products
offered in the sales network. What is more, Sławomir Pawłowski has extensive experience in the
sports industry as e.g. he was a sports director in MAWI Sp. z o.o. .He is a qualified teacher. He also
completed a number of specialist courses including sales and business management.
Tomasz Gryn
Vice-President
Has many years’ business experience in management, especially in the banking and mortgage
market sectors. From 2014, he is President of the Management Board of the company TN Inwestycje,
and advisor to the Management Board of Etob-Warszawa Sp. z o.o. In 2014, he was also President of
the Management Board of the company Orsnet. Previously, he was associated with banks for many
years, including Raiffeisen Bank Polska SA (former Polbank EFG SA) in 2008-2014, ING Bank Śląski in
2004-2008, Dominet Bank in 2003-2004, and Bank Pekao SA in 1996-2003. Co-author, member of

the Programme Board and lecturer of a training for property valuators organized by Związek Banków
Polskich and Polska Federacja Stowarzyszeń Rzeczoznawców Majątkowych. He also lectures on the
mortgage market, real estate valuation and securitization of mortgage receivables. In 1998-2014,
member of the Board of Real Estate Financing Commission at Związek Banków Polskich, and in
1998-2003 – member of the Programme Board of Fundacja na Rzecz Kredytu Hipotecznego.
Graduated from the Białystok University of Technology as Master of Science in Construction, and
from post-graduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology – Real Estate Valuation Studies,
and at the Warsaw School of Economics – Banking Studies. Completed numerous courses in
management
Jacek Kuś
Vice-President
working for Sfinks Polska since 2009, initially as Financial Manager and then as Financial Department
Director. Ample experience in financial management. In 2008-2009, he was Financial Manager at the
company Dominet. Before that, in 2007-2008, he was Financial Department Manager at the Eiffage
Group – Teodoro Gomes Alho SA, Polish Branch. In 1998-2007, he worked for Thomson Multimedia
Polska, first as Controller and then as Financial Manager. Graduated from the Warsaw University of
Technology – Faculty of Production Engineering, major: Enterprise Management, and Faculty of
Electrical Engineering, major: Automation and Computer Engineering. He also graduated from
Post-Graduate Studies in Administration at the Warsaw University, and The Charted Institute of
Management Accountants.
