The Management Board of Zakłady Urządzeń Kotłowych ‘Stąporków’ S.A. hereby informs the
investors that on 8 April 2013 the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, by the
Resolutions No. 16-20, appointed the Supervisory Board in the following composition:
- Andrzej Piotr Pargieła;
- Lech Jan Pasturczak;
- Stanisław Juliusz Pargieła;
- Artur Mączyński;
- Jacek Wilk.
Furthermore, during the Meeting held on 8 April 2013, the Management Board of a current
term of office was dismissed and a decision was made as regards the new composition of the
Management Board:
- Grzegorz Pasturczak – President of the Management Board;

- Maciej Walkiewicz – Vice-President of the Management Board.
Below, the professional bios of persons performing functions in the Issuer’s Managing and
Supervising Bodies are presented.
1) Lech Pasturczak – has a technical university degree; was graduated from AGH University
of Science and Technology in Cracow.

(enterprises). A specialist in the scope of the tax and business law. He served on the
Supervisory Boards of: Tarsilvex Limited Liability Company, PF Electronic Limited Liability
Company, Vetrad Polska Limited Liability Company.
6) Grzegorz Pasturczak – President of the Management Boars; has a university degree.
Since 2006 he has worked for Zakłady Urządzeń Kotłowych ‘Stąporków’ S.A. Since 3
September 2009 he has served as Member of the Management Board and since 2010 – as a
Commercial Director. Major accomplishments: improvement of the company’s image,
improvement of the Marketing Department’s works, successful advertising campaigns
introducing new products to the market, increase in the sales of environmental protection
devices. He was graduated from the Faculty of Management and Marketing of Częstochowa
University of Technology.
