Wanda Wadas Wydział Przyrodniczy Katedra Warzywnictwa Dziedzina: Nauki Rolnicze, Dyscyplina: Agronomia Nadawany stopień: doktor nauk rolniczych Przydatność wybranych stymulatorów wzrostu w uprawie ziemniaka na wczesny zbiór Słowa kluczowe: ekstrakty z alg morskich, kwasy huminowe i fulwowe, wzrost roślin, plon bulw, jakość bulw Streszczenie Badano wpływu wyciągów z alg morskich Bio-algeen S90 (Ascophyllum modosum), Kelpak SL (Ecklonia maxima) i mieszaniny kwasów huminowych i fulwowych HumiPlant na wzrost roślin bardzo wczesnych odmian ziemniaka (Denar, Lord, Miłek), a w efekcie na plon i jakość bulw. Doświadczenie polowe prowadzono w układzie split-plot, w trzech powtórzeniach w latach 2012-2014. Ziemniaki zbierano po 75 dniach od sadzenia. Bio-algeen S90 bardziej stymulował wzrost roślin niż Kelpak SL i HumiPlant. Ekstrakty z alg morskich Bio-algeen S90 i Kelpak SL powodowały największy przyrost plonu ogółem i plonu bulw frakcji handlowej (o średnicy >30 mm) w roku z najwyższą temperaturą powietrza i jednocześnie z największą ilością opadów w czerwcu, a mieszanina kwasów huminowych i fulwowych (HumiPlant) w roku z najniższą temperaturą powietrza i niedoborem wody w czerwcu. Stosowanie stymulatorów pozwoliło na uzyskanie większego plonu i przyczyniło się do poprawy struktury plonu, poprzez zwiększenie udziału masy bulw średniej wielkości (o średnicy 41-50 mm) i w efekcie do lepszego wyrównania wielkości bulw w plonie. Badane stymulatory nie miały wpływu na zawartość suchej masy, monosacharydów i sumy cukrów, kwasu L-askorbinowego, białka ogólnego i azotanów (V) w bulwach oraz zawartości Ca, Mg i Na, ale powodowały zwiększenie zawartości K. Bio-algeen S90 powodował zwiększenie zawartości skrobi, a HumiPlant zmniejszenie zawartości P. Liczba stron: 86. Usefulness of selected biostimulants on early crop potato culture Key words: seaweed extracts, humic and fulvic acids, plant growth, tuber yield, tuber quality Summary The effect of seaweed extracts Bio-algeen S90 (Ascophyllum nodosum) and Kelpak SL (Ecklonia maxima) as well as the humic and fulvic acid mixture HumiPlant on the plant growth of very early potato cultivars (Denar, Lord, Miłek), and consequently on the yield and the quality of tubers was determined. The field experiment was conducted using the split-plot design in three replications in 2012 – 2014. The potatoes were harvested 75 days after planting. Bio-algeen S90 was a better stimulant for the plant growth than Kelpak SL and HumiPlant. The biostimulants did not affect the leaf mass, however, they increased the assimilation leaf area. The usage of the biostimulants did not have any effects on the number of tubers per plant, whereas the increase in the tuber mass was found. Applying seaweed extracts Bio-algeen S90 and Kelpak SL resulted in the largest total and marketable tuber yield (diameter >30 mm) in the year of both the highest air temperature and the largest amount of rainfall in June, while the mixture of humic and fulvic acids gave the best results of the parameters in the year of the lowest air temperature and shortage rainfalls in June. The biostimulants contributed to improved marketable value of potato yield due to an increase share of medium-sized tubers (diameter 41-50 mm). The biostimulants did not affect the contents of dry matter, monosaccharide and total sugars, L-ascorbic acid, total protein and nitrates (V) in tubers, as well as the contents of Ca, Mg and Na, however, the increase in the K content was proved. Bio-algeen S90 caused the increase in the starch content, while HumiPlant resulted in the decrease in the P content. Number of pages: 86.
