We began choral reading and she
follows along and repeats all of the
words. Also asks questions about the
pictures in the story (identifying
lightening, reflection, swan, lighthouse).
After reading 'Colour Me Happy' a
couple of times she completes the
sentences when I pause at the color and
emotion.
I have been having the children more
independent during meal times (asking
each other to pass and tidy up) and I let
them get up to get something they want,
but when Flora gets up she doesn't return
to her seat to eat. She probably wants to
be with different friends than those at
her table.
