On December 4th 2010, an official gala was held at the Congress Hall of the Warsaw Palace of Culture
and Science (Pałac Kultury i Nauki) to celebrate the 12th edition of the "Fair Play Company"
(Przedsiębiorstwo Fair Play) programme. Józef Folcik, President of the Management Board of Zespół
Elektrowni Wodnych Solina-Myczkowce S.A., collected the "Fair Play Company 2009" certificate from
Bogdan Rzońca, Vice-Speaker of the Rzeszów Provincial Assembly, and Marian Liwo, Deputy Chief
Labour Inspector.

Sponsoring the construction of a gymnasium in Maszewko

On December 10th 2009, PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. and the Commune of Wicko entered into a
sponsorship agreement whereby the Company agreed to co-finance the construction of a gymnasium with
training facilities in Maszewko. The total cost of the project is PLN 1,700,000, of which PLN 300,000 was
donated by PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. The Commune of Wicko is the location of the Company's new
investment project – the "Wicko-Airport" (Wicko-Lotnisko) Wind Farm.

In the period November 24th–27th 2009, the 21st International Environmental Protection Fair Poleko 2009
was held in Poznań. PGE Energia Odnawialna S.A. promoted its offering at the fair. For a couple of days,
the grounds of the Poznań International Fair were transformed into the European capital of ecology,
environmental protection and green energy.

Social dialogue is facing enormous challenges today. It has to face problems of the future; problems that
will emerge in the aftermath of such processes as globalisation, population ageing, desurbanisation,
cross-border migration, climate change, depletion of natural energy resources or possible financial crises
all over the world. In order to develop a concept of responding to these problems, it is necessary to
embark on an open debate to work out methods of preventing the adverse consequences of such
civilisational changes. Global crises may be avoided if social dialogue at regional levels is strengthened.
