The Man – the best investment
Mazowian Unit of Implementing Programmes European in Warsaw
announces the official launch of the call for proposals for projects under the Human Capital
Operational Programme 2007 – 2013, within Priority Axis VII „Promotion of social integration”,
Measure 7.2 „Counteracting exclusion and strengthening the social economy sector”,
Sub-measure 7.2.1 „Social and vocational activation of persons threatened by social exclusion"
for stand-alone transnational cooperation projects and / or projects with a transnational
component scheduled for execution at the stage of development of the grant application.
Projects types for implementation in the contest:
1. The development of new forms and methods of individual and community support for the professional and social integration
(including eg social work, local activation centers, local animation, streetworking, coaching, work training).
2. Development of social services overcoming personal barriers in social integration including concerning re-entry to the labour
market.
3. Promotion and support as to voluntary work, in the field of integration of persons affected by exclusion and threatened by social
exclusion.
4. Support to creating and functioning of non-school forms of youth’s social integration (youth community centres, including those
with socio-therapeutic programme, community clubs) coupled with realization of activities in the field of social and vocational
reintegration.
The applications can be submitted in person, by courier or by post from 10th of December 2012 to 10th of January 2013
from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am. to 4.00 pm. to Mazowian Unit of Implementing Programmes European,
to the Main Information Point in Warsaw at the Jagiellońska 74 St. or to Regional Points
for Applications Reception in Ciechanów, Ostrołęka, Płock, Radom, Siedlce.
Deadline for submission of the applications is determined by the date of submission of the application to the Main Information Point
in Warsaw or in one of the Regional Points Accepting Applications localized in Ciechanów, Ostrołęka, Płock, Radom, Siedlce.
Applications received after 4.00 pm. on 10th of January 2013 will not be considered.
All entities may be granted - with the exception of individuals (not applicable to persons engaged in business or teaching on the
basis of separate provisions) that meet the criteria set out in the contest documentation, excluding those listed in the art. 207
Legal Act of 27th August 2009 of Public Finances (Dz.U. nr 157, poz. 1240).
For financing of projects selected under the competition is intended amount of
6 000 000,00 PLN.

for Applications Reception in Ciechanów, Ostrołęka, Płock, Radom, Siedlce and on the website
