ZERO AND FIRST CONDITIONAL
Zdania warunkowe / okresy warunkowe czyli zdania, które określają, jaki warunek musi zostać
spełniony aby jakaś sytuacja mogła mieć miejsce.
STRUKTURA ZDANIA:
I. Zero Conditional
IF + WARUNEK, REZULTAT.
REZULTAT, IF + WARUNEK.

• Zdania warunkowe dotyczące niezmiennych prawd fizycznych, chemicznych itp.
If you heat snow, it melts.
Jak podgrzewasz śnieg, topi się.

lub sytuacji z naszego życia, które zawsze robimy tak samo pod warunkiem, że coś
określonego się dzieje
If it rains, I take an umbrella.
Jak pada deszcz, zabieram parasol.
II. First Conditional
If

future simple.

Zdania warunkowe odnoszące się do przyszłości; mówimy jaki warunek będzie musiał
być spełniony, żeby coś wydarzyło się w przyszłości. Jest to warunek możliwy do
spełnienia.
If it rains tomorrow, I will take an umbrella.
Jak będzie jutro padało, wezmę parasol.
