BRIEF REMINDER ABOUT THE TRAINING COURSE
The “Inclusion Mixer” project is a Training Course for youth workers
aiming at increasing competences in the pedagogical development of
activities dealing with Social Inclusion Education by using non formal
education methodology. Theme of the project is consistent with the
important European issue - social inclusion. In the training time we
will have possibility to discover what is inclusion and what is social
inclusion, the involvement of social inclusion principles, their origin
and how they are respected and protected by the European countries. An
important part of the program will be devoted to the analysis of social
inclusion, respect and protection in different European countries. The
participants and the team will be invited to share their experiences,
not only with knowledge but also with the necessary materials and
skills used in dealing with the development of the principle of social
inclusion in their educational activity and daily work with young
people.
METHODOGY
Program will start with getting know each other, ice-breaking. After
we’ll have introduction in social inclusion and each country will
present situation about inclusion in their own countries.
Participants will have presentation about existing handbook on
inclusion ALL TOGETHER, and also have space to try some of those
methods in practice.
Work will be mainly in small groups and we will try to organize it in
educational, but funny ways. Also prepare for some simulation
activities.
In practical part we are going to organize activities for people with
disabilities in Český Krumlov. Also we have experts who are working
with disable people every day and introduce participants with
Universal design principles.
There will be 2 days of outdoor activities, despite weather conditions.
You can try in practice everything you learn before. Outdoor could be
quit challenging, so prepare good and be ready for surprises!
TEAM OF TRAINERS
The program of the course is designed and conducted by a team of
trainers from Latvia and Czech with different level of experience. But
all of them worked with inclusion topics for years.
HOSTING ORGANIZATION
Centrum pro pomoc dětem a mládeži o.p.s. (=Centre for help children and
youth) was founded in 1997. The main aim of the organization is the
popularization and protection of children and youth rights and
interests as well as to encourage active and creative youth
development. Concrete activities:

Information and consultancy activities for youth
Activities in the area of informal upbringing and education
(Courses, lectures, cultural educational projects,..)

International (European) youth projects and initiatives.
Centrum pro pomoc dětem a mládeži o.p.s. pays special attention to youth
initiative development and support. Youth has opportunity to realize
their ideas. The work in organization is divided into 5 working places:

PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS
The course is open for 21 participants from 7 organizations located in
Latvia, Poland, Slovenia, Romania, Lithuania, Czech Republic and
Macedonia (3 participants from each country). There is no age limit, but
participants must be at least 18 years old.
Participants attending the course should already be experienced in
non-formal education, actively involved in the youth field. It is not
necessary to have a previous experience on the issues addressed in the
course, but we request an open approach, readiness for an intercultural
experience and interest in developing strategies and projects on
Inclusion.
Training course will be carried out in English language!!!

The preparatory team will select 21 participants on the basis of the
profile outlined above and ensuring a balanced group (gender,
geographical regions, different types of experiences, cultural
backgrounds and organizations).

PARTICIPANT’S APPLICATION FORM
Attached to this e-mail you will find also the application form which
should be filled in by each representative of your organization, who
will attend the TC in Český Krumlov. We expect to receive carefully
filled in application forms by the 1st of May 2015 at latest. They should

TRANSPORT DETAILS
Participants have several possibilities to arrive; most common arrival
points are:

Václav Havel International Airport/Prague, Czech Rep. (220 km
from Český Krumlov).
•
České Budějovice (25 km from Český Krumlov)
Participants will be picked up from the airport/train or bus station by
someone of our team upon your arrival according your travel details
you mentioned in the “arrival and departure schedule”.
Please look at the airport / bus or train station for a person with the
Training Course sign.
In case of emergency or any travel changes please call or send a text
message to the person which will be responsible for you. You will be
given the name and the phone number of person as we get your arrival
schedule.
! Please note that we will not arrange transportation from/to airport
for participants arriving earlier than June 1st and departing later
than 10th of June 2015

TRAVEL EXPENSES
The travel expenses are reimbursed (on presentation of the relevant
receipts). Only the participants who attend the entire training course
can be reimbursed. Participants are expected to arrive on Monday the
1st of June 2015. The departure will be on Wednesday on the 10th of June
2015.
Travel expenses will be reimbursed according to amounts provided by EU
Erasmus+ program.

Please note that participant’s travel costs should not exceed the travel
budget limits which were approved. Please refer to the table above for
travel budget limits for each partner organization. If the travel costs
exceed the mentioned limits, the organizers will not be able to
reimburse the costs.
INSURANCE
Insurance is obligatory and should be arranged and covered by each
participant.
ACCOMODATION
The project camp base (accommodation) is situated 12 km far from the
town in the nature. There is also big sport place and river nearby.

Some of project activities take place in beautiful town Český Krumlov
which is written in list UNESCO Heritage and full of historical
monuments and sights. You will have lots of opportunities to visit the
town.
ENROLMENT FEE
There is an enrolment fee of 35€
35€. You will be pleased to pay this
amount on the beginning of the TC.
