NOTICE OF THE MANAGEMENT BOARD
GETIN Holding S.A. would like to inform you that today it received from the subsidiaries of Getin International
S.a.r.l, with its registered office in Luxembourg (hereinafter referred to as “Getin International”), and Prikarpattya
Bank S.A., with its registered office in Ivano-Frankovsk (hereinafter referred to as “Prikarpattya Bank”),
information that on 16 October 2007 those subsidiaries were delivered decisions as of 15 October 2007 issued by
the Antitrust Committee of Ukraine.
These decisions will enable Getin International and Prikarpattya Bank to establish, with the contribution of a local
Ukrainian company, a new company whose purpose of activity will be the creation of the network of sales outlets
for credit products for retail customers of Prikarpattya Bank.
At the same time, Getin International announced that the issued approvals empower Getin International to the
future acquisition of a majority interest in the newly-established entity.
Issued approvals do not give rise to any liabilities on the part of Getin International and Prikarpattya Bank; they
only provide powers to perform specific actions.
