SALE OF ISSUER’S SECURITIES
GETIN HOLDING S.A. informs that on 10.05.2007, it received information from Mr. Marek Grzegorzewicz that on
09.05.2007 he was informed by BZ WBK Asset Management S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “BZ WBK”) that
according to the Portfolio Model approved by the Investment Committee of BZ WBK, as a result of an employee’s
error and without the consent of Mr.
Marek Grzegorzewicz. On 04.05.2007 and 07.05.2007, BZ WBK sold a total of 1 226 shares of Getin Holding S.A.
booked in the securities account of Mr. Marek Grzegorzewicz, covered under the management agreement
concluded by him with BZ WBK. The total price, at which the aforementioned shares were sold, amounted to PLN
17 226.63.
Mr. Marek Grzegorzewicz is the Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Getin Holding S.A.
