Biographical note
Urszula Rybszleger, legal adviser, founder and a general partner of the Law Office providing on a
permanent basis legal services to the BEST Capital Group.
For over 15 years she has been providing legal services for companies in the financial sector,
focused on a debt management,. In the years 2009 – 2010 she was a Supervisory Board member
of BEST Investment Fund Company S.A. in Gdynia. Since June 2012, on behalf of BEST S.A. she has
held the position of member of the Committee of the Conference of Financial Companies in
Poland, actively participating in legislative works in the area of civil procedure, securitization and
corporate restructuring. Since 2015 she is a member of the Association of Restructuring
Practitioners in Poland, supporting the work of the association due to the experience gained as
legal adviser to the Compensation Administrator of Stocznia Gdynia S.A. (Gdynia Shipyard).
She is both an initiator and co-founder of a number of projects related to the practical aspects of
the functioning of the Electronic Writ of Payment Proceedings (EPU) and also a consultant to the
changes in the implementation and operation of an Internet platform EPU.
She is currently involved in the projects aimed at effective debt management, applying the
institution of mediation and debt restructuring. Among other things, she is a member of the
Steering Committee "Improving the administration of the justice" within the framework of the
European Financial Congress in 2015.
