GDYNIA – MY CITY!
We would like to make this idea GDYNIA – MY CITY! true not only for existing residents, but also for all
those who have chosen Gdynia as their new home. As part of this project „Multicultural Gdynia
– the tradition of hospitality” we would like to invite you to participate in several events where you will
have a chance to get to know Gdynia and its residents better! You will discover the most important
and beautiful aspects of the city, visit the exhibition in the Emigration Museum, meet interesting
and friendly people, practice your Polish, but most of all – you will spend a nice time and have fun!
The project will end on 18th of December by celebrating the International Migrants Day. In the second
part of the year we would like to invite you to participate in theatre workshops organized by Strefa
WolnoSłowa Foundation and other activites. More details to come.

Polish language marathon
Place: Emigration Museum in Gdynia, multimedia room
1:30 – 3:30 p.m. – beginners level
4:00 – 6:00 p.m. – advanced level
9th of July 2016
First walk around the city with a tour guide

1:00 – 3:00 p.m. – guided tour in English language
3:00 – 5:00 p.m. – guided tour in Polish language with translation to Ukrainian language

As you can see all of the events take place on Saturdays. Participation in all the events is FREE OF
CHARGE. For the Polish language marathons we invite youth and adults, for the walks around the city
and visits to the exhibition in the Emigration Museum we invite also families with children.
