1. Fundusze Strukturalne - wniosek na szkolenia dla pracowników przedsiębiorstw (działanie 2.3 SPO RZL)
– zaproszenie Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego dla jednostek uczelnianych do składania deklaracji do dnia

Centrum Kształcenia Ustawicznego Politechniki Wrocławskiej zwróciło się do nas o przekazaniu Państwu poniższej
informacji:
„Jak już wcześniej Państwa informowaliśmy przygotowujemy wniosek o środki z Unii Europejskiej na
dofinansowanie szkoleń dla pracowników przedsiębiorstw. Mogą oni liczyć na 80% lub 60% dofinansowanie, w
zależności od wielkości firmy. Szkolenia powinny się wiązać z rozwojem zasobów ludzki, innowacyjnością i
wdrażaniem nowoczesnych technologii (w tym nauka języków obcych), pozwalających podwyższyć
konkurencyjność polskich przedsiębiorstw. Projekt dotyczyć będzie okresu 2005-2007. Wszystkich
zainteresowanych współpracą przy realizacji tego projektu serdecznie zapraszamy. Termin złożenia dokumentów
zbliża się nieuchronnie, zatem bardzo prosimy zainteresowanych o przesłanie do dnia 01.12.2004 deklaracji
wspólnego uczestnictwa oraz programów. Trzeba będzie wypełnić jeszcze inne dokumenty, niemniej deklaracja
uczestnictwa w naszym projekcie powinna wpłynąć do wyżej wymienionego terminu.
Jeżeli nie zdążycie Państwo z deklaracją - zapraszamy do kolejnych projektów. Ostatnio złożony wniosek na studia
podyplomowe opiewał na kwotę ok. 22 milonów zł.

2. 1. Title: ECOBUILD PERFORM: Mapping, Benchmarking, Promoting and Marketing Optimal Energy
Performance Buildings (Specific Support Action)
ABSTRACT: The project aims at promoting best practice in the field of high energy performance domestic and
tertiary buildings, in Europe and beyond. It involves the compilation of data from bioclimatic and low energy
buildings integrating innovative components and renewable energy technologies, developed in R&D and other

projects, in order to assist key actors in the building sector in replicating and further implementing best practice in
eco-buildings. Partners with networking capabilities are sought.
DESCRIPTION: The proposed project aims at promoting best practice high energy performance sustainable
building applications throughout and beyond Europe. It shall compile data from bioclimatic and low energy
buildings integrating innovative components and renewable energy technologies, which have been developed in
R&D and other projects, in order to assist key actors in the building market in replicating and further implementing
best practice in new or refurbished eco-buildings. It will include assessment methodologies and tools, as well as
guidelines and technical data on the performance of various building components, energy saving methods, and
renewable energy technologies. The dissemination material will be in web format and provide regional coverage of
all results of technology research and demonstration in the area of eco buildings. Dissemination activities are
targeted mostly on local authorities, the technical world, the building industry and market, and the general public.
Specific aims of this proposed project are:
- Promotion of technologies developed to improve the energy performance of buildings, including combined
measures of RUE and integration of RET (according to but beyond the Energy Performance Buildings DirectiveEPBD). Promotion of well integrated, efficient, and cost effective solutions for reducing the dependency of the EU
on conventional fuels.
- Promotion of a new energy-eco-approach in design, construction and operation of new and refurbished buildings
for reduction of heating/cooling/lighting loads, and for RES coverage.
- Transfer of scientific knowledge into standards and codes (previous and ongoing projects).
- Socio-economic research on integrated planning and behaviour of users aiming at alleviating technical and nontechnical barriers having direct impact on technology implementation.
- Further development of regulatory issues, promotion of the EPBD and further development in eco-buildings.
- Bringing together different skills of expertise (decision, makers, stakeholders, planners, architects, engineers,
investors, manufacturers, industry, owners, renters, energy suppliers).
- Promotion of further research strategies by putting together current practice, new developments and trends, and
market penetration issues.
Actions foreseen:
1. Setting up working groups of Key Actors in each country for EPBD RES and RUE promotion and
implementation in buildings, including public officials and decision-makers, local authorities, market actors
(industry, designers, stake-holders), experts, building owners' associations, and NGOs
2. Trans-national working group of experts transferring information and expertise among countries, developing
future policy and research strategies
3. Study, analysis, benchmarking, and mapping best practice buildings throughout Europe covering the following
issues:
- Legislation
- Financing
- Technologies (RES/RUE innovative technologies, innovative strategies for integrating technologies available in
the market in eco-building design, etc.)
- Energy/environmental/economic performance of technologies and buildings
- Best practice applications
- Energy-related user behaviour and public awareness
- Barriers and proposals
- Lessons learned with respect to technological implementation, performance and barriers; user behaviour and user
acceptance of technologies and RUE measures; policy and legislation framework
4. Assessment of existing buildings and projects (recorded energy/environmental/economic performance, user
acceptance, compilation of performance indicators)
5. Web-page information: European ATLAS of best building practice (projects, buildings, technologies, guidelines,
legislation, non-technical issues).
6. Marketing campaign for domestic and tertiary applications, involving industry, designers, constructors and
stakeholders, including public bodies and the public:
- Seminars for national and local authorities
- Seminars for industry
- Seminars for private stakeholders and designers
7. Transfer of knowledge to key world regions (visits, on-line communication)
8. International Conferences

4. Seminarium informacyjno-lobbingowe dotyczące konkursu NMP: ważne informacje dodatkowe,
Warszawa, 10 grudnia 2004
Jak już informowaliśmy w poprzednich biuletynach, dnia 10.12.2004 (piątek) w Warszawie organizowane jest
seminarium informacyjno-lobbingowe dotyczące konkursu NMP.
W części plenarnej Dr Renzo Tomellini (Head of Unit Nanotechnologie) przedstawi trzeci (ostatni) konkurs NMP
oraz plan działania dla nanotechnologii dla 7 Programu Ramowego. Dowiedzą się Państwo także o możliwościach
(Krajowego Punktu Kontaktowego) wsparcia finansowego udziału w konferencjach, spotkaniach projektowych,
konkursie dla młodych naukowców, a także możliwości dołączania do wniosków projektowych biegnących i
przygotowywanych na ostatni konkurs NMP.
Drugim bardzo ważnym elementem tego spotkania będzie lobbowanie polskich wniosków na ostatni konkurs NMP
przy udziale Dr Tomelliniego (w sesji uczestniczyć będzie także przedstawiciel Uniwersytetu w Hanowerze, który
przedstawi swój IP). Wszyscy zainteresowanych przedstawieniem wniosków na ostatni konkurs NMP

Propozycje swoich pomysłów projektowych (w tym także na dołączanie) dla tego typu lobbingu można przesyłać do
końca grudnia 2004 roku. O szczegółach tej formy lobbingu KPK poinformuje na spotkaniu 10 grudnia. Ta
forma lobbingu będzie zaproponowana JEDYNIE osobom uczestniczącym w spotkaniu 10 grudnia.

5. Powstała sieć Polskiej Fizyki Jądrowej
Powstała Sieć Polskiej Fizyki Jądrowej. Celem jej działania jest promocja fizyki jądrowej i jej zastosowań
interdyscyplinarnych na terenie kraju, wykorzystanie mechanizmów ułatwiających pogłębienie integracji ośrodków
polskich z europejską infrastrukturą badawczą. Zapraszamy do odwiedzania strony internetowej Sieci

6. Rozpowszechnianie wyników badań naukowych w 6PR – nowa publikacja Komisji Europejskiej
Konsorcja projektowe, które otrzymują środki finansowe na badania naukowe w ramach 6 Programu Ramowego są,
zgodnie z umową, zobowiązane do rozpowszechniania wyników badań. Już przy składaniu wniosków projektowych
muszą być opracowane plany dotyczące przekazywania i rozpowszechniania wiedzy na forum publicznym. Komisja
Europejska opublikowała nowy dokument zatytułowany "European Research - A guide to successful
communications". Poradnik ma pomóc koordynatorom projektów 6PR we wskazaniu skutecznych metod przepływu
informacji i rozpowszechniania wyników badań naukowych i rozwoju do osiągnięcia stawianych celów.
