Higher eutrophication and biodiversity loss hazards as a consequence of nutrient discharges in the South Baltic catchment areas. Noxious air quality problems resulting from factors including the use of fuels of inadequate quality, waste combustion in unsuitable boilers and the use of old high-emission heat sources. High potential of the South Baltic area to develop green technology sectors based on vast natural resources, incl. renewables. Ważne elementy wniosku vs kryteria oceny • Uzasadnienie (2.1; 2.4; 2.6; 3.1.1 oraz 3.1.2 i 3.1.3 – powiązanie z EUS BSR; 4.1) • Rezultaty (2.2; 2.5) • Wskaźniki!!! • Opis produktów (2.2; opisy WP3-6) • Trwałość (2.5; opis WP2, „target-group main outputs) • Plan pracy (2.3; opisy WP 3-6) • Zaangażowanie partnerów (opisy WP, budżet) • Związek/zgodność z SUE RMB i innymi politykami UE • Budżet – uzasadnienia kosztów (4.3; opisy WP 3-6) WSKAŹNIKI • Każdy projekt musi przyczynić się do realizacji co najmniej jednego „Programme output indicator” • Dla programu wskaźnikami są „main outputs” i „key deliverables” • Main outputs (przyporządkowane do WP 3-6): product/service main outputs target-group main outputs • Maksymalnie 4 main outputs (maksymalnie jeden dla każdej WP3-6, przy czym ten sam output może być przypisany do wielu WP), z których przynajmniej 1 musi być „target-group main output”. Co warto robić, by oszczędzić ‚znaki”: • stosować skróty – użyty po raz pierwszy powinien być rozwinięty, • „przespać się z tekstem”, 10 (?) razy przeczytać samego siebie, • dać tekst do przeczytania osobie, która nie pracowała nad wnioskiem, • propozycje uczestników warsztatów.
