center (Środa Śląska Municipal Law as of 1235).
Located in the center of Lower Silesia Province, where
important communication routes cross: national road
no.94 (Gliwice - Wrocław - ZielonaGóra - Szczecin) and
province road no. 346 (Środa Śląska – Kąty
Wrocławskie - Oława). Additional asset of the commune
is connection with aA4 motorway (E-40 Drezno Wrocław - Kijów) as well as E-30 railway route
(Wrocław - Zgorzelec - Drezno). The area of Środa
Śląska Commune covers the area of 214,93 km2.
There is a Środa Śląska Subzone of the Legnica
Special Economic Zone. /
Sroda Slaska gehört zu den ältesten Städten Polens
(Stadtrecht aus 1235) und liegt im Zentrum von
Niederschlesien, in der Nähe von wichtigen
Kommunikationswegen wie Nationalstraße „94” (Gliwice
– Stettin) und „346” (Sroda Slaska – Olawa). Zusätzlich
hat Sroda Slaska eine gute Anbindung nach „A4”
