1. Przenośny system z możliwością zasilania akumulatorowego. 2. Niska cena. Koszt wytworzenia demonstratora układu optycznego z biochipem LTCC wynosi ok. 6350 zł. 3. Krótki czas analizy, proces real-time PCR: trwa ok. 40 minut. Parametry techniczne: Profil temperatury: 95°C – 3 min; 45 cykli: 95°C – 5 s, 60°C – 20 s; Objętość mikroreaktora: 10 µl; Laboratoryjne warunki pracy demonstratora (20−30°C); Moduł laserowy HLDP-532-03, 3 mW, 12 VDC, 500 mA; Kamera CCD typu LC-1/3 Sony 480 TVL, 0,1 lux, 12 VDC, 1000 mA; Moduł przechwytu obrazu Grand AV USB 2.0 V/A CaptureBoxPro; Filtr górnoprzepustowy FEL550, Thorlabs; Elementy mocujące firmy Thorlabs; Zasilacz zewnętrzny (impulsowy, stabilizowany): 18 V, 3300 mA; Elektronika sterująca (liniowy, stabilizowany): 5 V, 1000 mA; Czas pracy: 3 miesiące (zależy od trwałości kamery CCD oraz modułu laserowego). Po wymianie elementów układu optycznego oraz po upływie 3 miesięcy pracy biochip wymaga kalibracji temperatury a moduł laserowy doboru parametrów zasilania; Wymiary: 101020 cm3. Obszary zastosowań: Ochrona środowiska, biotechnologia, medycyna, wykrywanie zagrożeń biologicznych. Stan rozwoju: Etap początkowy, wymaga długoterminowych testów. Integrated demonstrator of the optical detection system with biochip LOC II Description: It is an integrated, miniaturized device which is used for detection of fluorescence - an optical signal which appears during the process of DNA replication. The fluorescent signal increases with increasing levels of the specific production of real-time PCR. The demonstrator consists of: optical detection system, which includes a CCD camera with lens and filter, a light source (laser diode) and supply system; a laptop computer with specialist software (optical signal collection, processing and imaging of results to a S-type graph); LTCC biochip LOC II integrated with heating system, power supply unit and control system of its work). LTCC biochip LOC II is placed in a special holder that allows the integration with the detection system. Innovative Aspects and Main Advantages: 1. Portable system with possibility of battery supply. 2. Low price. Cost of production of the demonstrator with the optical detection system is about 6350 PLN. 3. Short analysis process, real-time PCR process takes about 40 min. Areas of Applications: Environmental protection, biotechnology, medicine, biological threat detection. Stage of Development: Product development is at the demonstration stage, requires further optimization and long-term tests. Technical parameters: Temperature profile: 95 °C – 3 min, 45 cycles of 95 °C – 5 s, 60 °C – 20 s; The volume of the microreactor: 10 µl; Demonstrator laboratory conditions (20−30 °C); Laser module: HLDP-532-03, 3 mW, 12 VDC, 500 mA; CCD camera: LC-1/3 Sony 480 TVL, 0.1 lux, 12 VDC, 1000 mA; Image capture module Grand AV USB 2.0 V/A CaptureBoxPro; Thorlabs FEL550 high-pass filter; Mounting for Thorlabs filter; External power supply (switching, stabilized): 18V, 3300 mA; Electronics control (linear, stabilized): 5V, 1000 mA; Running time: 3 months (depending on the stability of the CCD camera and laser module).
