Bel-Pol at Europa Centralna: doors and floors with installation
Do you want to smarten up your flat or house? Are you after the highest quality finish from your parquet,
laminate flooring or doors? Nothing simpler. Bel-Pol, the largest distributor of flooring and doors in
Poland has signed a lease agreement for a 655m2 unit in the retail park at Europa Centralna, Gliwice.
The store should open at the end of March.
Bel-Pol has been operating for over 20 years. With 25 stores across Poland, (mainly in the south and
Pomorze regions) Bel-Pol sells natural and wood floors, easy to maintain laminate flooring and wall
panelling, interior and exterior doors and skirtings, as well as paints and carpets from producers such as
Barlinek (with their elegant Barlinek floorboards), Kronopol, DRE, Boen, Egger and Porta Drzwi.
“We offer our clients contemporary interior decoration materials. We also offer installation, which is rare
in the trade. This means our clients can be sure of a complete service – from purchase and transport to
installation”, says Zdzisław Strumidło a Director at Bel-Pol.
Bel-Pol is another interiors brand which has chosen Europa Centralna Shopping Centre – the retail park
was a natural choice of location for Bel-Pol, alongside existing stores Meble Dobrodzień I Kalwaria, AMT
Studio, Jysk, Jula and Castorama. These are shortly to be joined by lighting store Miviena.
“Today business is moving to retail parks like Europa Centralna. And EC’s strategic location, at the
junction of major highways, means EC is becoming a regional player, attracting clients with fast and
convenient access from beyond the immediate area of Gliwice. An added advantage is that our large
warehouse is just 100m from the shopping centre, so there was no doubt over the logic of renting here”,
says Zdzisław Strumidło.
In the opinion of Robert Gietko, Leasing Director at Helical Poland, Europa Centralna’s developer, the
retail park provides a comprehensive range of home improvement goods, from basic construction
materials, right through to interior decoration.
