Michał Poja – Budimex S.A. mgr inż. Grzegorz Rusztowicz – Budimex S.A. Michał Poja, Grzegorz Rusztowicz rzeczywiste warunki pracy konstrukcji betonowej, na które wpływają warunki zewnętrzne, gruntowo-wodne, głębokość posadowienia, itp. Dodatkowo zbadano zależność pomiędzy nasiąkliwością betonu, mierzoną zgodnie z metodyką podaną w normie PN-88/B-06250, w stosunku do temperatury wody użytej do badania. Abstract Central Laboratory of Budimex SA maintains surveillance over the quality of the concrete for the construction industry within the city of Warsaw. As the part of this surveillance, the analyze was made, about influence of the weather conditions to the capillarity of water through the concrete. In particular, the work focuses on the influence of temperature to the physic-chemical properties of the concrete. The aim of the study is to replicate as close as possible of thermal conditions under which it operates concrete structure. Studies have been made using C25/30 concrete class, with known composition. This class is dominant in Warsaw construction sites operated by Budimex SA In this paper are presented the results of the depth of penetration of water under pressure, in accordance with the method specified in PN-EN 12390-8: 2011, but with a different temperature conditions during the test. For comparison, analogous studies have been carried out in accordance with the method, specified in the withdrawn standard PN-88/B-06250. It was checked, as in the previous study, the effect of temperature on the permeability of water through the concrete. Depth of penetration and the water permeability effects were imaged at ambient temperatures of the structure of the concrete in the range of 9 to 36oC. Temperatures provided by the above standards during the tests in the laboratory, are rarely achievable on construction site. The aim of the test is to provide dependence of temperature of concrete and the air in the immediate vicinity of the sample in relation to the maximum depth of penetration of water in the concrete structure. Such exertions are made to show the actual working conditions of the concrete structure are influenced by external conditions such as soil and water, the depth of the foundation, etc. Additionally the test was made to show the relationship between the water absorption of concrete, measured in accordance with the method specified in the standard PN-88/B-06250, and the temperature of water used for the test. Temperature range in that test is analogous to the temperatures during the test of depth of penetration of water and the test of water permeability. All analyzes are presented in graphical form to illustrate the effect of temperature and humidity of the environment on the results of the study. The conclusions presents simultaneous effects of temperature of concrete curing and testing affecting on water penetration in concrete structure. That show the dependence of temperature on the depth of the building and the climatic conditions in which they are put or utilized a concrete structure. 2 DNI BETONU 2014
